Third business offered was Screenmoble of Lee's Summit. I called and got an appointment for two days later. The owner showed up on time and explained the products. He then walked me through the process of install and construction needed. So, we heard his price and accepted his bid. We asked to have it finished before Spring. It was early December, he explained he would try. So after HOA approval letter we placed our deposit. It was January and there was a warm day forecasted, he called and the next day he had all the structure installed, no screen because he believed some weather a little warmer would help set the screening. Less than two weeks later he called and came to install the screening. It went quickly and he finished. Our porch was screened before Spring. He came under budget and got the credit off our bid. We are happy with his office staff who keep us informed and the owner that did a professional job from start to finish. I will always give him a called for my jobs.

I had an appointment for an estimate some time in November. The lady I spoke with on the phone…read morementioned that the estimator did not need anyone home to do the estimate, that they would just email it over once they finished. My wife was about to head to work at the appointment time, the estimator ended up talking to my wife like she was an idiot, and he was making comments about how he did not know why he was even at the house. He had access to the property and all the areas I wanted checked out. He ended up leaving without starting the job. I later called to explain that the estimator did not do his job and how he treated my wife. Then, a few weeks later in December, a different person came to do the estimate. It is now February and I haven't received an estimate. I had two people out to my house, one treat my wife poorly, and both failed to send the estimate to me.
