Some of the art displayed was so unique I'm sure it's one of a kind. Lon Lane's Inspired Occasions catered the opening and they did an amazing job. Their concept is based selection, ordering, then delivery. Each warehouse is show room featuring what is available. Your selections are all delivered together when everything is available. This is not the place to go of you need something same day. Michael greeted us and then was available as we had questions. He balanced giving us space and being available perfectly. We spent over an hour of visiting about different bedroom sets, living room sets, and rugs. We then went to two other stores shopping before calling it a day. Furnture Deal$ had the best price. Furniture deals had exactly what we wanted. We returned a few days later and Michael had all the notes and we ordered everything ( bed, mattress, chest, sofa, love seat, rugs, kitchen table, chairs.... ). We scheduled delivery for the day we moved into our new home. When you're there, make sure what you want is in stock. Make sure that you get everything you want. The Delivery Fee is a set amount no matter how large the order. The day before the delivery, at 3pm I received an automated call with a time window for delivery. The morning of the delivery I received a call with an update that we were next and they would be arriving in 12 minutes. Scott and another furnature specialist arrived and unloaded everything, moved everything, and then assembled everything. They were very respectful of the building, the elevator, and made sure everything was placed Exactly where we wanted it. Through the process, everything was unwrapped and all the shipping materials, cardboard, and packing materials were all removed. A few weeks later, I am very satisfied as everything is perfect, comfortable and functional.

The salesman (Gary) was very nice and professional and told me about various options and sales. I ended up buying a gently used sitting chair in good condition that they professionally clean that was 50% off. So it was much less expensive than other chairs I had been looking at and better quality. Gary and another associate wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into the back of my SUV. They have a 14 day return policy if you decide you don't like an item.

I purchased a table and 4 chairs. The original 4 chairs…read morewere marked "in stock"and coming from the warehouse so I had to wait a month to pick them up, but didn't have to pay shipping fees. When I went back to the same store to purchase 2 additional chairs a few months later, the chairs were advertised as "in stock", however, they were not available for store pick-up and would only ship directly to my house for $299. Everything that is advertised "in stock" or "on the floor" can NOT be picked up and can only ship for a very expensive shipping fee. I moved into a new home and have several rooms to fully decorate but will not shop at Arhaus due to all "in stock" and "floor items" have absorbent shipping charges, that can't be avoided. Shame on them for false advertising!
