Sure, whatever…read more The problem arises when I find out they charge me for their own shoddy workmanship in tearing apart an ABS harness that was perfectly fine. Again, whatever, I need my car and I'm held hostage by the shop so I approve the work. Well now there's continuing electrical issues with my car directly relating to the technicians bad crimp job on the harness they replaced and made me pay for. So I have to bring the car back to get fixed, do not get a courtesy vehicle, and get talked down the whole time I'm there. Come like 3 days after I finally get my car back I found two giant lugs left in my wiper area, cracking the inside of the plastic. I attemped to call twice, texted them probably about four times but still no answer. They respond quickly to a google review though!

Recently upon starting my car, I noticed the "low tire" lighr on the dashboard being visible (never…read moregood). The night before I was having to drive on several un-paved (gravel) driveways for a job I had then as these house offered no on-street parking. Living just off RT8, I'm aware of six or seven tire dealers within about a mile & saw that Mr Tire had few cars on their lot, so that's where I went. As it happened, they weren't very busy then & I explained the situation to the service writer. He told me that if it's simply a basic flat tire that it would cost about $33 to patch & re-balance the tire (assuming it's just one). I agreed to that, and about 20 minutes later they took my car in. And fortunately, that's all it was; a slender nail in one of the tires. I appreciate their honesty as they could have told me it wasn't patchable & I needed a new tire, etc. So I got away for the amount they presented. The patch appears to be holding fine, five days later. When it's time to replace this set of tires that are original to the car, I'll certainly go to Mr Tire for one of the dealers from which I'll seek a quote.
