You buy a kids bike and when it is time for the next size up, the original purchase price of the bike goes towards the next size up they need. So awesome especially since kids out grow their bikes fast and bikes can be expensive. We will definitely use it for all of our kids. They mostly have new bikes, but also used bikes (at least for the kids sizes) which help save money. We have also been here on a field trip for my kids and it was great. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful, my kids learned a lot! They also have a rock climbing wall inside - so fun! Love this store!

I bought the Ozark Trail River Tube for adults to use on a Slip N Slide play day. I had been warned…read morethat the mats that come with the Slip N Slide would not be sufficient to buffer the impact of adults. I was quite impressed with the heavy weight plastic the River Tube is made from. Despite the box saying it has a 198 lb capacity I am sure most of the adults far exceeded that weight and it stood up well to all the use. My daughter was impressed enough with it she volunteered to take it off my hands and use it in her backyard pool. I'll send the tow rope home with it to be threaded through the attached grommets. For the price I was quite pleased with the quality.

Just because you put silver colored lining inside a cloth bag does not make it a cooler. They worked about as well as just leaving the items out of the bags the whole trip. I even put ice in there, and they just peed everywhere. Obviously, if they leak that bad, heat is getting in and cold is getting out at a rapid rate. They are worthless. I ended up stopping somewhere to get a cheap foam cooler and some ice. And, in true OT form, you can't really get ahold of them, so.... screw you, OT. I won't be buying another of your products.

After numerous times calling to no avail , on August 3,2023. I happen to drive there and they were closed ( two days)due to inventory . The owner let me in and stated that the girl that previously took my money for my order, never ordered my bike and he would place an expedited order. So the next day I got a text message from the owner stating my bike was in. Strange. I doubt that the bike went through a teleport. So the only logical explanation is when they were doing inventory, they came across my bike. This is terrible customer service. Period! I will not be back here.

My experience is identical with several other review in the past few months. I ordered a bike on…read moremarch 12th and they warned me it would be 4-6 weeks. Here we are 8 weeks later, not one returned phone call to my three voicemails asking for updates. I've gone into the store twice. The first time I had to wait because the employees were goofing around in the parking lot and when they finally helped me they weren't any help at all. I left my phone number for the manager who never called me back. I walked into the store today to be treated rudely when I asked for an update. They have a script that goes like, "we got an order in today let me see if yours is in it." They go to the back for a while and come back and say, "looks like yours wasn't in it but we are getting another shipment in next week!" I've been told this exact thing twice now. I talked to the owner and he seemed to understand, but after reading other people experiences I think he won't do anything about it. I'm going in tomorrow to cancel my order. I would have given this place glowing reviews a few years ago for their customer service and quality products, but now I would recommend anywhere else. Update: I ended up not canceling my order because I didn't feel like driving down there. After they told me they would have it Thursday they didn't have it. They got it on Friday and we had to wait while they tuned it when we came in at 4 pm. Over all very poor experience. Definitely will NOT be taking advantage of the benefit of purchasing a bike here. I don't have faith they will provide quality service for free after the service I received when spending $800.
