Oscar loved her his first visit and when he knew where we were going every time after that he got so excited. Tori is a definite dog person and my dogs know it. She is pleasant to talk with, she is a kind person and it shows with every dog I see her with. She takes the time to get to know each individual dog and she treats them like her own. She is very knowledgeable and extremely experienced. Her pricing is fair and she really cares. I wouldn't trust any other person with my fur babies.

That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.

While our family was out of town, my father boarded his dog at this facility. Due to inadequate security measures (confirmed by a confidential message to us by one of their employees) she got out and went missing on Friday morning. Shockingly, my father was not contacted until late Saturday afternoon and only received a vague text asking if he could talk. When he called back, there was no response. It wasn't until Sunday morning, (over 40 hours later) after he followed up again, that he was told his dog was missing. Even more concerning, the owner flat out lied about when the dog went missing. She claimed it happened on Saturday, but both the Humane Society and the Good Samaritan who found the dog confirmed it was Friday morning. This was not a misunderstanding--it was a clear attempt to mislead our family about the timeline. Thanks to the community, the dog was found and safely returned. However, the lack of timely communication, the negligence that led to her escape, and the dishonesty from the owner made a terrible situation even worse. Based on our experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to any pet owner.
