We love the fact that she comes to us. We have four dogs, two small, two medium, and we hand her a small one first and then we exchange for the others until she is done. With our last two, the ones with a lot of fur, mini Aussie and shepherd mix, their fur is the perfect summer cut! She is a fully trained groomer because she knows what all of our dogs should look like. She is being professional, sweet, and smart. We are happy that we gave her a try and are in her calendar. He has been going to Sierra Vet for grooming for 14 years and this is the 3rd time he has gone elsewhere. Our regular groomers Sierra vet) couldn't get Jack in for grooming for 4 weeks. He was in desperate need of a good groom. I couldn't wait 4 weeks. I looked on Yelp and Facebook recommendations and found Paw My Heart. They were very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. Jack had a hot spot and they said they have groomed dogs before with similar problems they could still groom him. They even had a special shampoo to help his hot spot. After his groom, Jack smelled great, looked great ( although he didn't get a fashion accessory "neckerchief") and he was very happy to be trimmed up and clean. Because of that, I'm extremely selective about who I trust with her, and R & B absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the start, communication was great. Scheduling was easy, they were super responsive, and they arrived right on time. The entire process felt calm and stress-free, which is huge for us. What really stood out was how patient and gentle they were with my dog. They were able to get her into the van with no problems at all, and it honestly felt like they had known her forever. She was comfortable almost immediately, which says so much about how they interact with animals. I also really appreciate how transparent and organized they are. They let you know when their books are opening and how quickly spots fill up, so you can pre-book and stay on a consistent schedule. That alone makes such a difference and shows how much they value their clients' time. When she came back, she looked amazing and was calm and happy -- not stressed or shaken at all. It took them days to respond to my inquiry but had 2 groomer to get the job done for about half a day. The second service, they have one groomer that can't communicate in simple English (she needs to use Google translate) and she was about an hour late. Stated almost all day and finally I asked that they need to send another person otherwise she might stayed in my parking lot till midnight. Third, just one person again and didn't get any help at all. He completed the service from early in the morning til 5pm. I understand, 5 is quite a lot but if they have two people with two Van it will much efficient. I won't be using their grooming services again.
