Very pleased with their service. Jack seemed to be very happy as well. Jack is 14 years old and I am VERY skeptical about taking him to groomers. He has been going to Sierra Vet for grooming for 14 years and this is the 3rd time he has gone elsewhere. Our regular groomers Sierra vet) couldn't get Jack in for grooming for 4 weeks. He was in desperate need of a good groom. I couldn't wait 4 weeks. I looked on Yelp and Facebook recommendations and found Paw My Heart. They were very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. Jack had a hot spot and they said they have groomed dogs before with similar problems they could still groom him. They even had a special shampoo to help his hot spot. After his groom, Jack smelled great, looked great ( although he didn't get a fashion accessory "neckerchief") and he was very happy to be trimmed up and clean. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the groomer but he's excellent. He was very gentle with my dogs. My husband was surprised that he is not afraid of my German Shepherd. This was her first time to be groomed and of course she was kind of anxious going in the van. He just picked up "Lady" and put her in the van. After that he gave us update on what he experienced with my dogs.. and of course they are well behaved . My 2 dogs came out happy and clean. I'm definitely going to call them again. However we booked our second appointment online for 2/18/2019 and never heard anything outside of notice that we would be reached out to confirm the appointment after booking. By far the most friendliest groomers around. My dog is a pit bull and no dog is too big for them! They love on her and baby her like she was a little dog. We just used Paw My Heart services for the first time. From the first call to the staff bringing him back to my doorsteps when they were done grooming him, were all so friendly. My Maltese Cotton has a bad knee and doesn't walk, he was turned away from his groomer that we have used for years. I called Paw My Heart and they were happy to take him and were able to get him an appointment in a timely manner. I also felt very at ease with all the perks of a mobile service, Cotton is not far from me, he is not going to be put in a kennel, he is getting the groomers full attention since they only do one fur baby at a time. Wish I had loved this visit. I have a teeny, 8 pound guy. He was supposed to get a wash, dry, ear check, nail clip. While our spa consultant was early, he only spent ten minutes with my little guy. Five minutes into the visit I went to get my mail and the groomer was sitting in the drivers seat on his phone. Five minutes later my little guy was at the door smelling like really really cheap perfume and really upset. I ended up having to rinse him off in clean water, checked his ears myself and learned a valuable lesson... no more home grooming. Seventy bucks for ten minutes and a dog that was so upset..... never again. read more
