From the moment we walked into this adorable store, we were greeted by some of the friendliest staff we've ever met. We explained that we were there to use the dog wash, and the employee immediately showed us to the bathing room, explained how everything worked, and made sure we had everything we needed. The process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Our dog was such a good boy during his bath, and he even got a treat when we were finished! As owners of a giant Lab, finding a convenient place to bathe him can be challenging, but this experience exceeded our expectations. My husband and I will definitely be bringing him back for future baths. He smells amazing, looks great, and surprisingly didn't mind the bath at all. Highly recommend Super Dogs and Cats for anyone looking for an easy, enjoyable self-service dog wash experience!

The first day the owner greeted us kindly and our dog walked right in! You walk in and feel warmly welcomed by the smiles on everyone's faces. The kennels have there own private area for each dog to go to the bathroom so they aren't being watched by other dogs. There is fencing between each kennel so the dogs get to see each other. This place is on a dead end street so it has a nice and peaceful tone to it. They also do grooming. The owner does it and she is great! This is a small local business that deserves a chance!
