Our pei's loved it so much that we increased it to 5-days a week. They look forward to it so much that they wait by the front door around the same time every day...at least that's what we've observed when working from home :) Michele and her team are amazing, I love that we get a status check in every day that includes a picture of the pack. In addition, they bring in packages without asking. We've also availed ourselves of the overnight service for recent out of town travels, while it can be expensive, it's well worth knowing that our pei's are safe in their own home, with the attention and exercise they deserve. It can get pricey, but I've found it's definitely worth it, with a GPS image of the route and a snapshot from the walk. This sounds silly, but the images they send are often like professional pet portraits and it gives me peace of mind while I'm traveling. One of them is currently the background on my phone. They also do nice holiday perks, like a Thanksgiving turkey meal or pictures of your dog with the Grinch (who's a very committed staff member in a full blown costume). I get the sense that the folks who work here are good people who love dogs and have a solid sense of humor. Whenever they arrive, my pup jumps up to say, "Hi" and gladly hops along into the car. TLDR - I always feel confident sending my dog here, and I appreciate how they take such good care of my sweet girl.

I was shocked at the at home visit cost ( I understand it was after hours, although I requested it during the day) . Rather than getting a bill I received a phone call requesting my email so the invoice could be sent . Unusual. I have used this Veterinary service 4 times prior however there was an extra charge of 85 because I am not a client. Total was 430. I would pay any amount to make sure my kitty didn't suffer, stiil it seems over the top.

Dr. Moody has been amazing. Our new puppy broke her leg. In a panic we called everywhere but all…read moreother vets were either closed or too far away. We called Dr.Moody and he saw her immediately. He performed the surgery necessary to repair her leg and over the last few weeks he has even called us just to check up on her. I appreciated his straight forward explanations about the nature of her injury and the surgery that would be required. He was very kind and compassionate every step of the way in helping our sweet fur baby heal up. If you are in need of a vet, look no further! Dr. Moody is fantastic!
