Here are the pro's and con's of Iris Hargrove: Pros: A) She will give you a realistic picture of the real estate market. B) She knows how to communicate with both parties and keep you well informed as to what is going on and what needs to happen. C) If you want a realtor who will do right by you, then Iris Hargrove is the realtor for you.
