He said to check the other units and send pictures, so I did. I called the next day and just asked for a letter from them to send to Mr. Cool warranty department stating the mini split was leaking, so I could get a replacement for it and Eric said, "The owner doesn't feel comfortable putting his name on a letter to another company stating the unit was leaking." I will never use a company that can't stand by their work. Last summer the Air conditioning wasn't working. The owner himself comes out and says that nothing is wrong. The next day it's over 90° in the house! I felt like I was being raped so I called the guy who put in the unit originally. His price was about HALF! So on top of the ridiculous estimate, Heath charged us $100 for his first visit of 10 minutes to say the AC was fine. My wife actually had gave him a check which I made her cancel. When Heath found out he started texting my wife. To the point that I had to call him and tell him that if he texted or threatened her 1 more time he would get a very up close and personal visit from me. Needless to say he didn't respond.
