Needed awards made so I dropped off my medals for engraving and framing. Told them the deadline which was months away. A month went by and for the last week I called and emailed daily for an update. Was told Bob would call me back. Never heard from him, either in response to my telephone messages and numerous emails. Finally went in to talk to him face to face and he said he would call me first thing the next morning. No word was heard from him. The following week I went back to pick up my medals. Not a word was said to me, I was just handed the box. Now I'm scrambling to find someone to make the awards in time for convocation in two weeks. I called them and was told that someone would call me back, sadly I didn't hear back from anyone. I decided to follow up with an email to their company and again never heard back. Terrible customer service!!!! I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more

The quality of the awards they produced is fine. However, I found them to be unresponsive and a bit unprofessional in response to a shipping problem (which was caused by them making a mistake in the mailing address). Over several days, they failed to respond to 3 emails & 2 phone calls. I finally reached someone by phone who agreed to reach out to Canada Post and then call me back; I've still never heard anything back. It was only through extra effort by my secretary that we located the mis-addressed package and got it to our office. So overall, fine product, but disappointing customer service. read more

No Issues at all - Called with a last minute emergency requiring some name tags to made up. Shop was closing within 10 minutes, gentleman behind the desk stayed the extra hour and made the name tags for me. Can't thank the staff at Barker's Trophies enough! read more

I never thought it would take so long and be so difficult to get awards for a client. We ordered 15 awards in early September. We had some shipped to my office and some shipped to the client. My companies shipped was lost because the address was incorrect. My clients awards were damaged during shipping. The names on the awards were wrong. I called to have them fixed and they sent me completely blank name plates which isn't what I ordered. I called again and they said they would ship the correct plates and forgot to ship them. They are unresponsive via email and unhelpful over the phone. It is now the middle of December and this issue still isn't resolved. I will not be coming back. read more
