It's also very uncomfortable that they wont even let you inside the building to see where your dog is being cared for and groomed. We moved from Florida when she was 2 and she never had any issues at the groomer down there so I would not trust these people with your dog.

The staff is great, very personable and friendly. I called to check on them a couple of times, till a family member had a TIA and ended up in the hospital. My only negative comment was the lack of pictures. I couldn't see them online either. Not that I had to, I knew they were in good hands, it just would have been nice to see them.
