For over a month he kept telling me he was "waiting on the permit" and that it would be approved any day. Every week it was the same story. Then out of nowhere he texted me saying he was "shutting down his business." When I asked for my refund for the unfinished work, he stopped responding completely and has ignored every message since. I've been left with no floors, no kitchen progress, and a major financial loss. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this company or Anthony Wishart to anyone.

When it came time for installation, Monique and Oli did an outstanding job. Was originally quoted $850, upon arrival they said that it was all done wrong and had to start over. Quote went from $850 to $2600 for just labor. I was on a tight schedule so I agreed. He had me buy red guard because he said that the plastic liners leak all the time. Job get completed and 3 months later went we go to used the shower (guest bathroom) we noticed a water puddle in the garage coming from shower upstairs. Called leak detection and water was leaking from 2 sides of the drain next to grout crack and in the corner of pan. Leak detection guys said to call the tile guys to fix the leak in pan. I called John from Luong Tile and had me buy caulk and he come by to take a look. At Home Depot while buying the caulk I asked one of the employees and he laughed and said that's not the right way to fix the leak. I got nervous and called a plumber to take a look and verified the pan was leaking. He said pan need to be replaced. When John arrived the next day he attempted to just caulk the leaks but I said that wasn't the right way to fix it and the pan needs to be redone. He refused to replace the pan and said nothing we can do. Called another plumber to get second opinion. Second verified the leak and said was the responsibility of the person who laid tile and that I should s I'll will be filing a complaint to Contractors license board, BBB and filing a small claims case.

We are very happy with the vinyl plank they installed, and the bathroom tile looks amazing! They also added some shiplap to the breakfast bar area. Such a great update to the place! I'd also like to point out that they worked within the condo rules, oftentimes walking up & down the stairs to the 3rd floor with heavy tile, flooring, and equipment. They hauled away all the very old carpet and debris. (The condo doesn't allow use of their dumpster or onsite dumpster.) Though there was a lot of dust (I had to dust off the furniture), they mopped & cleaned up the floors afterwards too. They could not have been nicer people. Really appreciate working with them, and will definitely contact them in the future for other projects.

Job wa done in Feb, and now, over the last 2 weeks, the floor is seperating, and sagging to the point that my mom, who just had a major surgery last month, cannot sleep in her bed, as the floor has sunken so far down through the floor joists, that she will fall through if she tries! The estimate said he would inspect and repair any subfloor issues with their apprival, but never bothered! The floor is now popping up, sagging and is dangerous to the point that it is unlivable! He ripped off the elderly, and even though he shows a 1 year warranty on his website, he refuses to even come look at it, and swore at me when i called him, as it is none of my business what he did to my 76 year old parents!!!
