O The installation process was hassle free as the team worked hard to satisfy our needs and moved some of the heavy furniture that was beyond us. Communication with the company was responsive, and always polite and courteous, they were a pleasure to work with. At completion we had an issue that the new flooring did not match the existing flooring and the shade difference was highly noticeable. After discussion OCD replaced the existing LVP with new planks to attain the perfect match. They did that without quibble and at some cost to themselves. The final outcome was outstanding and met our expectations for a seamless floor throughout the House. Thank you to the team for getting the project completed during a very busy time for us, and resolving the issues quickly. They starting working with the manufacturer on the warranty and when the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their warranty, Carpet Depot stepped in and is replacing our floors completing and giving us credit for the previous floor! We are getting a newer floor and better product for minimal cost. I can't thank the 2nd owner enough for working with us and handling the situation professionally.
