They starting working with the manufacturer on the warranty and when the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their warranty, Carpet Depot stepped in and is replacing our floors completing and giving us credit for the previous floor! We are getting a newer floor and better product for minimal cost. I can't thank the 2nd owner enough for working with us and handling the situation professionally. It is not installed yet, but soon we should have a vinyl floor that stays down and doesn't lift at the seams. Thank you!
