Very disappointed in their customer service. I had bought a Video Bank Speed Ring for an Arri kit I own. I thought I lost it on my last shoot and then I recently found it. I had already gotten the new one from Barndoor Lighting but hadn't even taken it out of the box. It took me a few weeks but I finally called and asked if I could return it. They said they only take returns for 10 days. So now I'm stuck with an extra speed ring that I don't need. I don't understand companies that don't allow returns. What you don't want my business again? You're just in it for the "one sale"? You don't think I have a thousand other places to buy the item? I will never buy from this company again...and why should it. It's obvious they don't care about their customers. I hope they enjoyed the big sale they got out of me and in the future I'll make sure when I buy my next light kit I give my business to someone else. read more
