Let me preface it by saying this: Who doesn't know Barnes & Noble? If you don't then, SHOCKER: it's a bookstore. Anyways, they have books, but they also do something quite special which is these special compilations that are B&N exclusives. Personally for my birthday, my aunt got me the Sherlock Holmes Complete Collection. It was only 35 dollars. For like 9 books bound in one volume. It's bigger than a bible! and its veryyyy well made. It's almost too fancy to open and read. Haha. Also their manga and light novel selection is pretty good. Even have chinese light novels. :D And if you're into it, you also have the option of going to their cafe which is inside the building (the rogers location has one at least duno about other ones) and it makes the whole store smell good. They have baked goods and coffees/lattes. Probably fappes and teas too. :D Worth checking out, but I never have the time to do that sort of stuff lol. read more

Actually found what I was looking for but made the mistake of going into the Starbucks inside and very rude, dirty and nasty foul mouthed workers and couldn't stop talking about their personal lives long enough to fix our iced coffees correctly. Never again will I go back to that place. read more

I love coming to Barnes & Noble. I've been to this one numerous times. One of my guilty pleasures is to go into book stores and just sit there and read. I love doing that here. They have a great selection of books and magazines. There is also a starbucks inside, so you can get a drink or treat and sit their and enjoy some reading. There is eating by the starbucks and in a few other places in the store. I've bought some items here as well and they have all been good products and decently priced. Customer service at the bookstore and starbucks has always been good, Friendly and helpful! read more

Went shopping to purchase 5 books today from this location. We all had on our PPE, half way through about to check out our three year old said she had to go to the bathroom (yes she was wearing a mask and following all guidelines) the mother whom is 9 months pregnant also was going to go to the bathroom (wearing PPE equipment mom to take the younger in with her). Two associates along with two "'managers" stated bathrooms aren't allowed other then employee, whom were not following PPE guidelines by the state of AR. Refusing bathroom service to paying customers, alone with a pregnant about to pop mommy wearing her mask in oridinance, as was the poor little 5 year old girl is absurd! THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!!!!!! This issue will pushed. They lost our business if you also think this is absurd Do Not Shop at Barnes and Noble In Rogers on 47th street. read more

This is a great book store. It's so hard to find a bookstore to walk into anymore. They have a pretty good selection of books, definitely carry the most popular books. Although they were out of the book I came for. It was an old one, a man who listens to horses. Even better though, they have a great selection of gift items accessories and things for the book lover. Amazon is still my go to for books, but if I need to browse for someone this is where I would head. The customer service people were great too. They searched all the bookstores in the surrounding area for my book without my having to ask.I appreciate that. read more

Love this place and even though I don't read as much as I should for the amount of time I spend here, its staff is friendly and the store is clean. I really like their special deals tables and have found many great reads that were the unexpected 3rd book to get that extra 15% discount. read more

Juan is absolutely the worst bookstore manager I've ever come across in 25 years of spending a lot of time and money in bookstores. Doesn't know anything, doesn't have enough cashiers at the front, is very slow in trying unsuccessfully to help and is rude to boot. He needs to be fired. read more

I love this store! I come in all the time with my grandchildren and they love the little stage in the kids section! The new mask rules don't bother us and we still get to read. I just miss the story times that were here before the masks! One more thing, the girl that helped me, Courtney was so kind she knew just where the classics were! read more

Coffee is from Starbucks, but they charge more for it than Starbucks. Also, I put cream in my coffee and it was lumpy and curdled. Finally, there are no outlets for computer use. It's like they're trying to drive off business. Once is enough for me! No thanks! read more
