This bookstore/coffee shop combo is a nice, little space. The interior looks good. Everything appealing to the eyes. I was happy I went in as I hardly ever pass by a bookstore or coffee spot, and when they're together, that's even better. The staff wasn't overly friendly. A bit cold and aloof. I purchased a journal, pen, coffee and headed on out the door. I was glad I checked them out, but the experience didn't leave me feeling happy to support their small business. Nonetheless, glad they're livin' the dream. Wish them well. Parking available in front and behind the building. This shop is located in a large building that has other restaurants and businesses. Two Friends it's not only an adorable book nook, but they have mastered the rustic European sandwich! Tucked back on the corner (east side) of seventh and B St., this little bookshop/café has outdoor seating and is perfect for lunch or a glass of wine in the evening. We ordered the delicious ham and Gruyere with peppery arugula - the bread is the co-star, perfect, rustic, crunchy and chewy. Such a quiet and charming little shop and location. Surprisingly large selection of new books and also used books - they accept book donations. Rachel was a great barista and makes a mean sandwich. I've heard the lemonade is also a must. My BFF and I were in town last weekend - we love coffee, we love books, and we love a welcoming space to sit and visit in, so this place was on our radar for sure before we even got to town, and it was 100% worth the visit! I loved my pecan pie pastry, she her kale and goat cheese turnover (very limited menu, but that was OK for us), our coffees were great, the space was lovely, and I even treated myself to two (yes, TWO) hardbacks since they were on sale. Lovely employees who make incredible, high quality espresso drinks. Their machines are excellent and they take the time to make a drink the right way! A simple latte is my go to and I haven't found a better one than this in the area. The employee I met thoroughly answered my questions regarding the four book clubs offered at the location, and offered every patron while I was there the same kindness and top notch service. The book selection is limited, this is not a Barnes and noble, but it seems like this allows them to cycle through a lot more variety. Nestled in a little corner of 7th street is this pleasant bookstore. They have a good selection of new books inside, as well as a coffee bar with excellent coffee, and there's also carts of used books which they put outside. They provide a comfortable atmosphere and all the best classics and current bestsellers you could ask for. I definitely plan on stopping in again. read more

This little gem of a place used to be located inside of Airship Coffee and they recently relocated to this quaint location in the SW side of Bentonville. Situated on the first floor of an apartment complex, Two Friends has a nice selection of coffees, teas, wine, beer and 4 unique and tasty sandwich options. My wife and I have been to this location twice since the move, and we've really enjoyed the patio dining and ambience of this street (located right next to "Art Alley"). The most recent visit my wife had the White Bean & Tomato sandwich (Vegetarian), which had a great flavor and was quite filling. I had the ham and gruyere, which was equally as tasty and fulfilling. Top it off with a glass of wine and it makes for the perfect escape on a Wednesday afternoon! And while we didn't purchase any books this time around, they have a wonderful selection of books.
