I love this book store! There are so many books to choose from. There are book for children as well as adults. There are many other things that are offered There other than books. Toys,stuffed animals,dolls,etc. This book store is so big and spacious so even when there are alot of people there you won't feel crowded. The staff are friendly and very helpful. If you don't find the book that you are looking for they will order for you and it comes to the store pretty quickly! read more

I went here a few days ago with one of my friends and we got a few drinks and walked around for 2 hours. Our drinks were delicious and the ambiance of the room was very quiet and comfortable, no loud talking and no music. The price is a little steep but the wide selection of drinks makes up for it and it's nothing to complain about when you're treating yourself. There was only one worker making the drinks and she may have needed some help since there were a few people in line but overall she did great and made everything as ordered. read more

A service representative working in the afternoon on Saturday, 11/11/23 needs some training in customer relations. I asked her where I could find calendars. I acknowledged my presence to her and she rudely said, "Yeah" with her back at me. I ended up just staying silent. She said "Yeah" again. She finally turned to looked at me and she could tell I didn't appreciate her attitude. I asked one more time and she just pointed and said, "Over there." I stayed silent not wanting to feed into her behavior and just walked away. Another service representative just happened to come up to my wife and I to ask if we needed any help. I pointed out her coworker and explained what happened and that she should have someone talk to her regarding her lack of customer service and horrible attitude. The other service representative apologized and said that the person I pointed out was the store manager. The other representative apologized many times and asked if there was anything she could do. We thanked her and explained we didn't need anything. Interesting that someone like her is in charge of the establishment. I hope she doesn't treat her employees the way she treated me. My favorite place in the world to go shopping because of course I'm a bookworm Has such a great selection of books

As most other locations, this one is clean, well-stocked, and well-organized. They have a great selection of books, some music.. and games? And toys? I guess books alone don't cut it. I enjoy visiting bookstores and reading books, but a lot of other people do too. Which is why they have set up the membership program, I suppose. I remember going to my local Barnes & Noble when I was in high school and college and just kill time by sitting in a corner and reading without buying anything. While no one bothers you if you're doing that, they go after you if you do end up buying something. They ask if you want the $25 B&N membership and even if you say no, they'll ask you again and maybe even a third time for good measure. It's annoying. Please just ask once and let it go~o. We're not total jerks though and we do end up buying books almost every time we're there. It's always cheaper on Amazon but B&N is a great place to get inspired when you have that book-loving friend's birthday coming up and you don't know what to get them. Or if there's one last person on your shopping list and it's 2 days before Christmas. Buying it here will be cheaper than express shipping! read more

A relaxing place with large book selection. I used to go here to study. Small cafe in the center. Drinks are good but food is not that great. They do sell cheese cake from the cheese cake factory which is a plus. read more

A pretty standard Barnes & Noble, but always relaxing to visit and find a good book. The cafe in the center of the store offers a nice aroma while shopping or browsing. The only downside is struggling to not pick up a ton of books with each visit. read more

My guilty pleasure. I only go to B&N for New Age books or computer music magazines from overseas or cookbooks. Hell I love this place.

I love this bookstore. There is a great selection of books and the staff is very helpful. I havv read that Barnes and Noble is sruggling. I hope they never go out of business because i would really miss the stores. read more
