The forest!

If you wanted to see Santa's workshop this is as close as you will get. I was truly amazed at how they found so many wonderful ladies to sew and personalize all the stockings and ornaments. It was amazing to see them at work and how nice they are! The prices are sky high! be ready. ornaments are north of 20 dollars for the cool ones. so doing a whole tree in one visit will be the price of a used car. I saw many folks buying one or two each year creating the tree slowly... it will take hours to see it all, and the crowds are plenty.... it is open year round.

If you love Christmas, this is the place for you! This GIANT store has everything for the holiday and more! Take time to watch the short video on the founder of the store. Plan an hour or more to explore all of the areas. Don't miss the chapel! Although the store is a Christian business, they offer non-religious items as well. They also support spring, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. Don't miss the displays and decorations near the ceiling too! It's an incredible place that has arise the test of time. Merry Christmas!

Calling allllllll Christmas people! This place has every single Christmas item you can think of. They have every ornament known to man and even offers personalization for ornaments, stockings, you name it. I will say that you need to prepare yourself as this store is huge and the people are everywhere. I can't wait to come back after the holiday to check it out when it's less busy.

"Wonderland" is an understatement. When you pull into Bronner's, it's like entering a theme park! Everything you would imagine it to be...it is! Endless aisles of Christmas ornaments of every type and theme. Big gorgeous holiday displays and lights galore. Christmas music plays while you drift from one room to another. Interesting and unique decorations to peruse. You could easily browse the store for hours if you have the time. Even the restrooms are exceptionally clean and smell like cotton candy (or is it cookies?) when you open the door. We had fun there, enjoying all things Christmas, my favorite holiday! It's hard to be unhappy, meandering through smiling Santa' s and snowmen. Go get your Christmas on...anytime of the year, at Bronner's Christmas Wonderland!

If you want a certain type of Christmas ornament, I can't imagine they don't have it!! Beautiful store with some gorgeous pre-lite trees. It was very fun to wander around.

World Largest Christmas Store, what else can you say? Bronners will have everything you need and everything you never thought you needed. Along this massive store, you'll see custom made decorations and scenes that Bronners makes to inspire you for your own home decorating. For example, many many mini houses from Dept 56, ornaments from around the world in life-size nativity scenes. There are picture spots throughout this location that many people come to take their annual Christmas photos. There is no military discount, but you do get to pick out a free bulb. Come visit Christmas lovers!

Just a tiny fraction of Bronner's.

What can I say that hasn't been said before about Bronner's? No matter what your religious affiliation or lack of, this place will transport you into a wonderland. Every type of ornament you can imagine, from almost anywhere in the world, can be found here. Free personalization for oodles of them as well. New house, pet, baby, marriage, job, or vacation? Check. Ethnic, cultural, hobby, fav food, military branch, or religious? Check. Glass, resin, plastic, lace, or fabric material? Check. If they don't have it, no one does. Then there are the Department 56 set ups! Seeing those can be worth the trip. Need stockings? Lights? Tree topper? A tree? Yup! Giant corporate style decor? Check again. Steins, edible treats, nativities? They have those too. Hungry, this place has a little cafeteria on site as well. Wear comfy shoes and prepare to spend at least 2 hours here, probably more. If you have little ones, get a map and prioritize. Plenty of nice clean bathrooms, a huge plus. A bazillion checkouts on both ends of the place, just try to remember which end you entered from. If you want to avoid the crowds, come when they open, or between Jan-Mar, pretty quiet then. Otherwise, it is crazy in there, but still fun. The only downside is the cost of most of the ornaments. While there is a sale/clearance area, two actually, and some clearance mixed into the regular priced items, the really nice ornaments are spendy, like $25+. I have passed on a lot of perfect ones because I couldn't justify the price to my own pocketbook. But if you have it to spend, knock yourself out. Despite the cost, we stop almost every time we are in Frankenmuth. My hubby is of German descent and we actually lived in Frankenmuth for a bit, years ago, so we're sentimental about it. If you are looking to take a family pic for Christmas cards, this is the place. If you've never been, it is worth the trip. Also, look online, they offer a free ornament coupon if you spend $25 or $30, which we always do.

We have been here many times. They have a wide variety of Christmas decor all year round. They do have some small sections of other holiday decor. We went around Halloween and there was some fall/halloween stuff. They have a large selection of ornaments that you can get personalized while you wait. The employees are all very friendly and helpful if you are looking for something specific. They will wrap up your ornament purchases in tissue paper and a box for safe travels.

If you love Christmas, then you will not be able to leave this place - for hours. It's huge, and goes on and on. Everything you could possibly want for Christmas. Ornaments, gifts for everyone. Anything you can imagine, it's here!

4 Entrances, north, south, east and west, remember which one you entered through.

IF, you really love Christmas, and you are a decorator fan, this is a wonderful place to, otherwise I would not bother, Prices are really high, snacks are generic, But the building and grounds are festive. Is easy to access from the freeway,

Shonda E.

Be prepared for visual stimulation overload! There is so much to see that I couldn't take it all in at once. They provide maps and everything is marked and sorted out into categories and don't let "CHRISTmas" in the name deter you, they have other holidays and things as well. Now that my eyes and brain know what to expect I would love to go back in the future.

We love stopping by here on our way back from up north. Always nice to see the new selection of items that they have and walk around. It is definitely like a portal in time and straight to Christmas. We will return again and again. If Christmas is the thing for you, this is definitely your one stop shop. They have everything your heart can desire.

Ask the Community - Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland

With COVID, we are wondering is there is a day and time that is the least crowded?

Well, I went on a Tuesday a bit after opening and there was still a good amount of people in the store. I don't know if there is a good day or time. If a Tuesday morning was even pretty crowded, I would for sure avoid Saturday and Sunday. And masks…

However we parked at the mall across the street on this trip and this was right across the street. My husband really wants a grandfather clock and he was very excited to check out the selection. Prices seemed kind of high to me but to be fair I don't know anything about grandfather clocks, lol. They also have a nice selection of Frankenmuth magnets, they ranged from like $4 to $10. I ended up buying one of the $4 ones. The reason I'm bumping up this review to five stars is because I lost my Fitbit there (Fitbit Zip, an old one that sits on my waist, not my watch) and when my husband and I got to Kern's and realized it, we rushed back to the store to check there first (it was 530pm). The (owner? Employee?) welcomed us back, and another customer immediately pointed to it on the floor. Saved us a lot of hassle and had they closed immediately at 530pm, the doors may have been locked. Looking forward to checking this store out again the next time we are in town.

Always a great conversation and an education in time pieces. The group in the back can repair or restore most anything. We've had two intricate grandfathers restored and they do incredible work. One took six months and the other seven. The wait was well worth it. Back to the store. They have clocks of all sizes and price ranges. On our initial visit to the store we spent over an hour, like it were a museum. This isn't the dime store, so know that you'll be paying a hefty price for most any clock here. Again, it's an investment that justifies the price. This is also your place for authentic German Christmas pyramids. We bought the pyramid with Seiffen church for under $100. A neat little wooden pyramid with a German church, carolers and a Christmas tree. When the tea lights are lit, the rising heat causes the blades to turn. I recommend that on your first visit you take in everything. If something grabs you, you grab it back. Otherwise, bring your funds on all future trips! 05/22

Cute little boutique featuring rustic/farmhouse/shabby chic home decor…read more I stopped in last week and thought the name of the store looked familiar to me. It was and for good reason- it's the sister store of a home decor shop in Tawas City that I remember shopping last summer. That store was super cute and kinda eclectic and so was this one. The store just opened in April and is very much like the shop up north. They mirror each other pretty well, from layout and service to selection and price point. Customer service was nice and attentive and the stock was ample, showcasing plenty of "farmhouse chic" type of decor- candles, vases, furniture, clocks, artwork, signage, etc, much of it in a rustic, upcycled motif. The prices are kinda on the high end for even simple items, but the furniture was pretty reasonably priced. Some of the pieces are pretty garden variety and nothing that unique or that you can't get at Target for much less, but other items (larger pieces) are rather interesting and worth a real look. Overall, a nice store with great service and a mid-range price point for the most part.

The store is full of eclectic and vibrant decor that will speak to the hearts of artists everywhere, ranging from clothing, to furniture, to toys and museum quality gifts. It has a variety of quirky finds that I've never seen before. The intention here is almost like a local gallery exalting each stunning piece of art, no matter how small. The pieces ranged from the very tiny porcelain dog, which was about the size of your thumb, to the very large bears, that were furry and taller than me. Colorful, diverse art dotted the walls and were displayed in all different living room themes for all different tastes and styles of home. This was a clever idea. You could picture the decor in your own home. "Buy local" is the intention here and deteriorating properties were bought up by the owner and given a stunning facelift to elevate the community. This was a closed down roller rink. There was also a cinema next door that turned to a gift shop and off beat eatery. The unique history of each is preserved in the original artifacts throughout. Being that this is art focused and unique, don't have the expectation of Walmart prices. Of course you're getting one-of-a-kind quality pieces that will make your heart sing when you see your selected art displayed proudly in your home. Leon & Lulu also will give you a discount for your birthday if you share that information. If you're in Ferndale, Clawson or Detroit, put this store on your must visit list.

If you're looking for something unique, funny, fun, or more of a traditional purchase then this place is for you. We were able to purchase some very cool gifts for friends and family that were tailored to their personality. The shop's staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed them and they were also pretty available when we needed someone even though they were a bit busy. As for the prices I would put them on par for a place that sells the selection that this place has. You can find some items that are cheaper (not cheaply made), and other items that are pretty high (saw a pillow for around $300 ). I will definitely be putting this place on my list of shops to go for the next time I need to shop for friends and family!

My updated review today is still a 5 star shopping store that has been remodeled during COVID. The departments are organized with so much more room with fulfilling inventory for your household needs. Coffee, Teas, Soups Snacks, Kitchen & Dining needs, Seasonal Outdoor & Garden, Seasonal items for holidays such as Easter, Spring, Red White & Blue Holidays, Summer, Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and of Course Christmas and New Years! I saw a larger area of Pet Supplies, Hallmark Cards, Brand name Beverages with paper and party goods for that special event. NO Beer or Alcohol although I've bought Mrs. T's Tropical Cocktail Mixers. Besides holiday décor, I found several really cute planters on my last visit. The pink and white face planter only cost $7.99. I've seen face planters at garden nurseries for as much as $50, so this was a good deal. The green "plant lover" planter was only $2.99.
