When I take my car in for routine maintenance, I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me to get extra work done that I've seen in the past with other dealers. They are honest, and I trust that when they tell me I need something done, I do. I took my vehicle in for a recall update (which they reached out on to schedule) and they found a slow leak in one of my tires and repaired it without charge.
