Do not take your vehicle here. If you do don't leave it and go home. They put you off till the end of day. Had a 8am appointment checked up on it cause a friend saw it outside thought it was done. Called to check found out at the moment I called the were just putting it on the rack. Had to call again at 330 pm told they would call me back. Didn't get a call got a message asking if they could keep it overnight. Didn't really have a choice let them keep it another big mistake. Figured they would call me about noon . Totally wrong on that. Had to call again they hadn't gotten around to pulling it back into the garage but they were getting right on it. So I waited for another phone call that never came. Had to call them around 3 hours later still haven't had time to look at it. Very poor customer service skills. Went to pick up my vehicle. Upon opening my vehicle door there was dirt all over the floor board and the side carpet. My door had grease and oil on the door pull device. My center console arm rest had salt stains from someone's arm . You could visually see the arm impression. Went in with a full tank of gas came out with three quarts of a tank. So if you're looking for place to treat you like a paying customer. This isn't it never going back again. Oil changes are cheaper at Walmart. Took my vehicle to Hortons auto the following week identified the problem immediately . Had it fixed before the end of the day. I didn't have to call them once. They called to tell me what the problem was how much it would cost. Called to tell me when it was finished. Totally satisfied with their professionalism . If you do take your vehicle to ford take a photo of your odometer and gas gauge. Better yet get a vehicle gps tracker before leaving it overnight. There are better places to get your vehicle worked on than this place. Trying to get hold of anyone in their service department should have been my first clue. So Chillicothe Ford gets a big thumbs down. read more

On a California to Illinois trip, My 2006 Ford truck broke down about + 16 miles West of Chillicothe not long before closing time. The Service manger told me to have the tow operater drop it near the Service entrance and the keys in the drop slot. They would take a look at it early in the AM. He called me in the morning with a very reasonable estimate. I was on the road again right after lunch. Un-asked the service manager and the mechanic also checked to see if there were any other obvious problems that might keep me from finishing my trip. I was fortunate. 3000 miles later, I am home. A big Thank You to the service team at Chillicothe Ford!! I was on my way to work this morning when my car overheated . When I finally got to work after coasting in I called the service team at Chillicothe Ford, explained my situation to Gary and he said no problem we'll take care of it. They came by and picked it up, diagnosed the problem and Warren gave me a call with what was wrong and what it would cost in layman's terms so there was no confusion.
