He calls me about an hour later and says he's available so I'm sure he fumbled that appointment as well. NOT SUPRISED!! We meet at 1230 at the property and he shows up in his moms suv and he's inside. I walk in look around and it's okay until I ask him about the price. It's a big purchase so yes I'm going to ask about the price and ask if the seller is motivated because I'm a client I'm not in the business so I'll have questions, many questions! After I realize he gets confrontational and starts acting like a mook I ask for the listing agent, the one who's name is on the sign and he makes her sound like she's an illusion, like she doesn't exists because he said he's remax he's the listing office and he even went as far as to say "I'm the girl for all intents and purposes". At that point I thought this guys probably off his meds or in a dry spell so I told him, I'll think it over and let him know. He then gets upset and tells me to write the lowball offer (whatever that means) as he walks away wishing me good luck. He then storms off in his really cool white atlas like there is a Black Friday sale on yoga pants! The service was awful and rude. It's no wonder that this house fell out of escrow twice. It's the blind leading the blind with this guy. There's a lot of agents in Santa Clarita so make sure you work with one that can manage with buyers and sellers.

My experience with the selling agent was extremely disappointing and far below professional standards. From the start, the home was not delivered in the condition promised. I was told the property had been professionally cleaned and that the carpets were washed, but when I moved in, that was clearly not the case. There was hair in the drains, black residue on the flooring of the tubs, and the oven, fridge, and microwave were left with stains and a foul odor. When I asked for proof of the carpet cleaning, none was provided. These were basic responsibilities that should have been handled before closing. Even after being given extra time to correct these issues, the effort felt minimal and seemed to only benefit her sellers, not the buyer she previously made assurances to. As someone purchasing a first home--an important and emotional milestone--the experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. On top of that, her communication style was consistently rude, dismissive, and at times outright disrespectful. She was also unkind to my own agent, which was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Buying a home should not involve being spoken to or treated in that manner. I hope this agent takes this feedback seriously. Professionalism, honesty, and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when clients are making one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
