About a week after we called her saying we might want to sell, she lined everything up: the best photographer, the perfect marketing strategy, the list of things we needed to do to stage. We had set the asking price based on recently sold comps in our neighborhood, but she marketed our house so well that we ended up with almost 30 offers within a week, and ultimately sold for more than 200k over asking and far above the comps we based our price on. She showed the property almost 100 times, all day every day for a week, to make sure everyone who wanted to see it and make an offer could. But it isn't just her stellar marketing strategy and work ethic that makes you want Mica in your corner as your seller's agent. We ended up with an extremely difficult close due to a surprise dispute with our neighbor that made us need to lean heavily on Mica. Even though she's in top demand and had lots of other clients, she made herself available at all hours to help us resolve the dispute. She was strategic, helped us keep our goals in mind, and had impeccable calm and judgment in the middle of a difficult multi-party negotiation. She's also an above-and-beyond kind and thoughtful person. We asked her if she had any recommendations of real estate agents in the city we're moving to, figuring she might know some folks offhand. Instead, she researched top agents in the city, vetted them all personally, then sent us a list of the three she thought we would like the most.
