Something flew out of the bed of a truck in front of us on I-70 and hit our radiator, ac condenser, and transmission cooler. We had two kids on the side of the road on I-70. The cab company arrived promptly and showed compassion and concern for our situation. We got where we needed to be for fairly reasonable price. My only critique would be better maintenance on the the cab vehicles. I do think it has several mechanical issues and it was not super clean. But... I was grateful for the service and the kindness, especially since we were 12 hours from home.

Every time these people come to pick me up, the van has dried blood on the top of the roof portion…read moreinside of the van, and it has been happening for months, the same exact blood batter and they come and pick up clients in this van blood-borne pathogens floating all in the air and they charge you for this. They really need to clean these vans out because we are paying them to pick us up and to have a van that has blood dried up everywhere. That is insane.
