I eventually managed to track down the vehicle and the driver proceeded to mumble under his breath calling me a "stupid girl," despite the fact that I am 26 year old woman whose intellect is far superior to his. I usually have excellent customer service from the taxi drivers here, however, the lackadaisical response to my complaint from the Manager means that I will never use this company's services again. I do not condone male superiority or ignarance and I certainly would not recommend getting a taxi from a company that does nothing to deter aggressive employees.

Crass drivers who, occasionally barely understand or speak a word of English and the inside of some of the cars - the smell is overpoweringly revolting. They had the audacity to shout at a young 13 year old girl travelling in London for the first time when she slightly got her directions wrong! Charge you a disproportionate amount for any waiting time required / stopping to withdraw money... No sense of customer service at all... Never again and would recommend everyone to search elsewhere for a cab company.

My friend and I had arranged to be picked up from the airport and when we arrived the driver called saying he was stuck in traffic. He was not apologetic at all and said he would not be able to give us an estimated time of arrival. An hour later he arrived! The journey back was one of the most frightening experiences I have had. The driver was serving between two lanes on the motorway, under taking and had multiple near misses. On one occasion a car in the outside lane had to sound their horn as he was in two lanes. The driver also did not seem to know where he was going and spoke little English which made if difficult to direct him. There were also times on the journey back where his tyres clipped the curb while driving and he pulled out at a roundabout infront of another car which was coming round. It seemed as though the driver had very little sleep as his sense of road safety/the Highway Code were non existent. He seemed to have very little concern for the safety of his passengers even to the point where he laughed when he very nearly clipped a bus when he tried to navigate round it into the path of oncoming traffic. Needless to say I will not be using this car service again.
