The office Administrator ASHLEY promised a call back after talking to me about the issue and but I have yet to receive a call back. I had a heart monitor attached 10/21 and I returned to them 10/27. I called 11/3, 11/4, 11/7, 11/8, 11/10, 11/13 and 11/14 for follow up/results/response and nothing. I also went into the office and found out that they were either lying to me or just afraid to admit any errors on their part. D O N O T. B O T H E R with this medical practice as they really don't care about patients health even when they are completely in the wrong.

This year I set appointment and at appointment was informed doctor Ahmar was away and would be seen by PC Lydia. Charged for physical and when infomed by Cigna they reimburse because it was a physical appointment not a well visit. Most recently I went back for blood work results and I explained what happened in the past and they denied and still charged a copay for just giving results of blood work. Left 4 messages via their texting and never received a response. Was informed that location has been split and patients have been divided between two doctors now. Never have patients been informed! Practice is unprofessional.
