The office staff is absolutely incompetent. They promise to help and all they do is make matters worse.

Just like one of the previous ladies stated; Doctors are very decent from what I can say; but a few of the office staff are very rude; especially Amanda. Amanda treated me with the utmost disrespect; the tone of her voice was like a parent scolding a child; she also yelled at me when scolding me. Very Upset! read more

It is sad how this company only think about is money... they don't even try to listen about your concern. I understand I owe.. but right now I can not take from my kids to pay a balance of 372.00. I was willing to pay 5.oo a month until I can afford to pay in full and was denied by the manager Tammy. Sad sad.. the doctors should really look into her profession with customer service cause she sucks at it. I am being charged monthly for a loop recorder than do not even work. 4 episodes and not one time I could have recorded my symptoms. I regret this decision. It left me with a ugly scar and a device that is useless.... pls reconsider. I love the Drs here but the office staff aren't good I have had my appointment rescheduled more than once to the wrong location. Wrong time and days when my Dr isn't even in the office The latest update. They reschedule my dec appointment to today. Jan 23 rd When I arrived they told me I had called and cancelled my Jan 4 th appointment that it was rescheduled to. I never called nor did I accept a Jan 4 appointment as that's right in the middle of my vacation that's had been booked for six month prior. The receptionist then attempted to gaslight me into believing I must have called and cancelled it. It's not the first time this has happened. They rescheduled my appointment to Jan 23 rd. At a time my Dr isn't even in the office. Currently waiting for a call back from the office manager who has " stepped away" from her desk. read more

I sent a letter to Dr. Grullon on May 7, 2018, several years too late. I asked him to give me a reason why my mother died on April 11, 1996 of a failed heart procedure. She died hours after he performed an atherectomy, which led to her artery becoming perforated. Thus, I know WHAT happened, but WHY? Couldn't the angiogram before the surgery have shown the particular artery's formation before he performed the procedure thus knowing there would be a risk involved? Yes it was many years ago; I was in shock when it happened and am only now able to face it. He hasn't had the courtesy to respond to my letter. Surely he ought to know that the statute of limitations has run out by now! He doesn't have the decency to respond to my letter and he OWES me an explanation! read more

Dr. Vallerio and the tech staff were amazing. The billing employee tammy, not so much. This woman is clueless on how to perform her job. She literally asked me to call my insurance before my appointment so that I can tell her how much they are paying. She delegates her job to the patients. She is extremely rude with absolutely no etiquette. She does not listen to you when you try to explain the type of insurance that you have. Will argue with you and insist that you to give her money when you don't need to pay a deductible or a co-pay. I told her that I had a HRA account and she refuse to look it up. She asked that I call the insurance to get the information for her. Management should intervened and have her take a refresher course on medical billing and an etiquette class on how to talk to the patients who literally support this business. I noticed many bad reviews about her but she is still acting the same. I feel bad for the elderly having to deal with someone like that after being there due to their heart condition. read more

Abysmal. The appointment time you make means nothing at all. It just guarantees you a spot for that day. They pack em in and dont have enough people to see the patients in anything that resembles a timely manner. They also demand you pay immediately upon signing in which holds you in there until they feel like calling you in. Very disgusting business practices. read more

Lovely building and gorgeous waiting area w/ period furniture, Persian rugs, hardwood floors... and the staff from your worst nightmare. Difficult to make appointments and then they will call you back to change them to another day, time or MONTH. Insurance person doesn't know what she is doing. Nurses seem right out of school. Doctors just a bit too high and mighty ESPECIALLY since they use the Sanford hospital instead of Florida Hospital. Physician heal thyself! HvPP read more
