Describing the feeling to my significant other, was enough for her to realize that I was suffering from BPPV - Benign postural positional vertigo. After doing a little research we felt it best to contact a physical therapist instead of getting stuck in the doctor office cycle at my primary care. One call to Fitness Forum got me connected to Kim Strong who is well aware of the condition and the maneuver to help correct the problem. It only required two visits and I am good to go. In addition to treating me she also carefully explained what exactly the procedure accomplished and was kind enough to even write out the instructions for me to attempt it home should I need a tuneup down the road. Her careful consideration to detail and her willingness to share her knowledge was refreshing to say the least. I would highly recommend Kim and Fitness Forum for any PT that you may need.

On the first day of physical therapy, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere at RM Physical Therapy is all about healing and getting stronger. I want to give my most sincerest thanks and gratitude to my therapist, Erik Harris. He was very kind, patient, and helpful. Under his guidance, I completed my rehabilitation program. Trying to schedule even a basic appointment is a challenge in itself--you can expect to be on hold for 60 to 90 minutes, only to sometimes get disconnected or transferred without resolution. It's incredibly disrespectful of patients' time. The entire process feels driven by volume and billing rather than genuine care. Communication is poor, follow-ups are inconsistent, and there's little sense of urgency when it comes to patient needs. Instead of feeling supported, you're left feeling like just another number in a system focused on maximizing profit. A medical office should be a place where patients feel valued and cared for, but that is not the experience here. Between the excessive wait times just to speak to someone and the overall lack of efficiency and compassion, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative providers.
