We contacted Danielle with photos and asked how it could be resolved. It had been in our closed, temperature-controlled garage for only three days after delivery before being placed in our living room. We also explained that her husband had to push down on the top during delivery because it wouldn't close properly. We followed up again asking if we could pay for a replacement piece and received no response. While we like the furniture, the delays, lack of communication, and poor handling of a legitimate issue were extremely disappointing. We would not order from this company again.

I contacted this business on Yelp and Jerry was super responsive. I decided to go down to Main Street (I avoid this area like the plague bc it's so busy) but it was well worth the trip. His booth is inside a building with multiple businesses and his is on the left side about halfway in. It was a Saturday so it was busy. He was so friendly, personable and honest.
