Picking the right lawyer is not easy. Some just take your money and they are not concerned about you. Larry was very concerned about the welfare of my son and I knew his heart was in it. Larry's been around a long time Nd has seen a lot. He got my case dismissed . No settlements no more court dates nothing . He went in and was very cordial and told the judge all the Supreme Court case law and why it should get dismissed. The judge said and I quote. Well I cannot go against the Supreme Court case law. Case dismissed! Larry also questioned the Mother about how much money she made because she was she said she had no money to pay child support. Guess what Larry got it approved by the court she was in willful violation of the court order to pay child support and they ordered her to pay or go to jail . So I even got some money out of the deal. My goal of course is to protect my son and I paid in my opinion the best lawyer in Florida but trust me I searched through so many and I am very good at picking winners and Larry's a winner!

On the fourth rescheduling of the hearing she canceled on me and recused herself. She claimed that the financial documentation that I was giving her as evidence of my finances was not good enough. I ended up representing myself and winning the case on my own. Of course, Ms. Cuellar never refunded the $1500.00 retainer fee that she charged me. Also, pertinent financial documentation that I had given Ms. Cuellar was never returned. Instead her office mailed it out to an old address of mine in another county. So she stole my money and lost financial records of mine that included bank statements along with my social security number and copies of my drivers license. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. During onboarding, multiple customer support reps reached out, creating the impression that I'd be well taken care of.. especially considering the $ignificant percentage of the settlement this firm charges. Despite multiple calls, emails, and even a certified letter requesting my case file, I received no response. This level of negligence & disregard for a client's rights is unacceptable from any law firm, especially one that claims to advocate for injury victims. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

This review reflects my personal experience and opinions…read more My journey with Rubinstein Law has unfortunately been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. From the beginning, communication was lacking, and updates on my case were vague or non-existent. I found myself constantly having to call for information while dealing with significant pain, surgery, and ongoing treatment. At one point, I was informed my case would go to trial--which I understood would increase the attorney's fee, and I was okay with that. Later, I was told the case settled in mediation and that the fee would be reduced accordingly. That turned out not to be true. Every conversation I had with different representatives resulted in conflicting information, which made it extremely difficult to trust the process. Once my case reached the "trial" stage, I began receiving monthly check-in calls, during which I expressed concerns about treatment support and the continued lack of communication--none of which were ever meaningfully addressed. To make matters worse, when I finally received my settlement check, it was rejected by my bank. Bank of America advised me that there had been recent returned checks on the account from which my settlement was issued. Prior to that, Rubinstein Law held my check for over a week while waiting for their own funds to clear before issuing mine. In a time of pain and hardship, I expected professional support and guidance. Sadly, my experience felt more like a series of avoidable obstacles. In my personal opinion, I would strongly encourage others to consider different legal representation. When you're already dealing with physical and emotional pain, the last thing you need is added stress and confusion.
