Needed a shower corner shelf replacement and bathtub caulking. Poor English. Significant language barrier. Over confident. Claimed he knew what I needed done but he ignored the caulking until I asked before he was about to wrap up. Luckily he had a spare bottle. As for the shelf, it was oversized so needed tile cutting. I asked him to simply plug the hole and mount a metal one. He cracked my tile and did a poor job with the concrete fill. He said he will send me a link for a metal shelf that night but he did not until I asked him two days later. He charged $230 for less than an hour worth of work. I asked him to come back put red guard, and install a shelf I had bought. He agreed to do it for free because of the broken tile and poor concrete work. I had one toilet that didn't work, and one that wouldn't stop running, which cost me an $827 water bill. Ouch. Viktor came today, and replaced one toilet, and fixed the one that wouldn't stop. The valve needed replacing too, because I couldn't turn it off. The plumbers who had fixed the toilet downstairs did a terrible job, it never worked, and the caulking around the bottom was a big smeared mess. Viktor is truly a professional, did a beautiful job, the caulking is perfect, and I'm very happy. I will be completely redecorating my living room, possibly next year, and Viktor will be to one to do it. I could see by his photos that he does beautiful work.
