Their team also painted the entire exterior of my store and was also happy to help with other small projects like installing a few light fixtures, mounting multiple full size mirrors, and building a custom rack for me in my back room which was extremely helpful. They also recommended an amazing floor specialist who was able to remove the paint and reseal the beautiful original cement, so their knowledge of trusted vendors is also amazing and crucial to making your entire vision come to life.  Their communication is the absolute best and all of the people they work with are beyond capable of making your vision come to life. Assaf and Ron were great, and so were all their subcontractors. They are extremely experienced and had no issues completing the work and passing each inspection the first try. We went through another service to get permits, and unfortunately it was missing an entire page. Assaf and Ron worked directly with the engineer to get the page drafted, submitted to Burbank, and magically had it approved within 2 weeks, with no disruption at all to progressing the work. They completed the work within their estimated time. They also cleaned up every day. We were both able to continue working from home through the entire process. Pricing was very reasonable for the work that was done. We got about 8 quotes and theirs came right in the middle. They gave a detailed quote and there were no surprises with the payments later. Their greatest and most appreciated skill is communication. They always picked up the phone or texted/called you back within minutes. This was our first major construction project and they answered all our million questions and had the relationships with the vendors to modify items to what we were hoping for. Contact the manufacturer of materials and they have to give u their warranty. So for mine its owens coming. If u have problem with labor/leaks/work...contact the CSLB and give them the license # and tell them u what to know the insurance company name that held the bond fof the work on home. They all need that to get permits from the city. Also contact ur city and ask them for permit information, bond company inspector reports. The material supplier could also have warranty on the labor done. Do your due diligence. Dont stop cause they are out of business. They had bonds for the job with insurance company. Their license # is 10305546. Contact material suppliers....like Owen comings, ask if work was registered for warranty and if covered for labor work, Contact CSLB or ask for the info on their website.
