Our home was built in the early 80's and we never replaced the cartridges in our showers.  Cartridges apparently get stuck and refuse to dislodge after decades of build up. Cartridges can break and cause your showers to leak. Our man, Gary, came in to save the day. It almost looked like we were going to have to knock a hole in the wall and replace the valve (huge project), because the cartridge refused to budge. Unfortunately, we didn't have the proper parts for the project that day. Gary had to come back 2 days later. When he arrived Gary tried getting the cartridge out one last time and by some miracle, was able to get the it out! Afterwards, he ended up fixing our other shower as well.  This guy is the real deal. Gary is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, punctual, and gave us an incredible deal!
