They provide limos and party buses but also subcontract with coach bus rentals for larger groups. They are consistently on time (even early!) and offer great deals for return customers. I've never used them, but oh my word is the driver we came across on the Nu turnpike N bound today one of the most insane, reckless, homicidal drivers I've ever encountered. And I live in NYC. Bus #613. First, we come to a merge and he's behind me. I'm braking, as the vehicle in front of me is braking and he proceeds to pass right by me on the driver's side - I had to swerve to avoid him driving right into me. Then after the merge point, it opens into 2 lanes again. He's in the left lane, which he shouldn't have been. He moves over to the right and then sticks his arm out the window, waving me on. So I proceeded to move past him. As I'm about mid bus, he purposefully swerved towards me, almost causing me to hit the barrier. I wish I had a dash cam. He should have his license revoked, and he should be charged with reckless endangerment.

The second driver then nearly caused two accidents and drove excessively over the speed limit. Both drivers were reckless and should be monitored by state troopers and fined. Especially the way the driver went through the toll booth, he was driving at such a high rate of speed, I thought he was going to hit the toll booth. Insanely dangerous. For our return trip, the bus never even showed up. We are now forced to dispute the charges with our credit card company and are warning everyone we know to stay far away from this company. We travel to New York several times a year for business--usually by train--but decided to give this bus company a try. That was a huge mistake. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. I wanted to switch things up for my bday and at my old age, sometimes you can get a little stuck trying to figure out how to keep things fresh. I was entertaining an outing with friends that required a bit of a drive and thought it might be fun to rent an classic limo - like one we had back in the day for prom. Very often when I go with friends to wineries or day trips, everyone gets the sprinter vans now and it's just a slightly different experience. So I did request a quote for businesses nearby that might be able to accomodate my group, only a week in advance. While I number of businesses reached back out to me with quotes, I quickly learned that fewer companies have these classic stretch limos in their fleet. Ballston not only got back to me quickly, but was also available to hop on a call first thing that morning. Because there was some transparency on rates after seeing a number of quotes, I felt confident that their quote was fair and felt good moving forward with locking it in after reviewing logistics. The day of my birthday, the driver arrived on time and was great throughout the 6 hours he was booked. (Three of those hours we were inside eating brunch but he also worked with us to extend our time when we asked if we could drop by one more place before heading back from Baltimore!)
