Bus #613. First, we come to a merge and he's behind me. I'm braking, as the vehicle in front of me is braking and he proceeds to pass right by me on the driver's side - I had to swerve to avoid him driving right into me. Then after the merge point, it opens into 2 lanes again. He's in the left lane, which he shouldn't have been. He moves over to the right and then sticks his arm out the window, waving me on. So I proceeded to move past him. As I'm about mid bus, he purposefully swerved towards me, almost causing me to hit the barrier. I wish I had a dash cam. He should have his license revoked, and he should be charged with reckless endangerment.

He took the time to make me feel completely at ease about renting a party bus for my daughter's high school prom. I genuinely have no idea how this company has any decent reviews. We had a reservation until…read more12:30am. From 12-12:30am our driver was completely MIA and totally unresponsive. When we finally got ahold of him, almost 10 full minutes AFTER our reservation was over (which I was only able to do after leaving the venue to call him), we agreed to extend our time (not that we had a choice at that point) for a total of $165. We were off the bus by 1:40am (for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes extra time). The next day, the company had charged us $247 (for 1.5 hours), despite our agreement on the cost, and despite us only going over by 10 mins (again, not entirely by choice). When I reached out to the company and explained that we agreed to $165 (again, only bc we were left with no real option), they were completely unhelpful and threatened small claims court if I disputed the charge with my credit card company (LOL). I'm sure there are other reputable car companies in this area, I'd look elsewhere. This level of utter unprofessionalism over $82 is a joke. Update: "Entire charge" in this instance meant the $247 extra I was charged, rather than the $165 I had agreed to (which was explicitly clear in my texts where I say I am only taking issue with being charged an extra 30 minutes for what was only an extra 10 minutes after being FORCED to extend our time). You would have known that had you bothered to ~even attempt~ a professional resolution (eg, perhaps a single question or a hint of an apology) instead of being immediately hostile and asinine---the below excuse seems like a lame attempt at pretending your response wasn't totally unreasonable (which it was). My review is accurate in all respects, including the timing. Being a "small business" doesn't excuse shoddy customer service and scam-y business practices.

I wanted to switch things up for my bday and at my old age, sometimes you can get a little stuck trying to figure out how to keep things fresh. I was entertaining an outing with friends that required a bit of a drive and thought it might be fun to rent an classic limo - like one we had back in the day for prom. Very often when I go with friends to wineries or day trips, everyone gets the sprinter vans now and it's just a slightly different experience. So I did request a quote for businesses nearby that might be able to accomodate my group, only a week in advance. While I number of businesses reached back out to me with quotes, I quickly learned that fewer companies have these classic stretch limos in their fleet. Ballston not only got back to me quickly, but was also available to hop on a call first thing that morning. Because there was some transparency on rates after seeing a number of quotes, I felt confident that their quote was fair and felt good moving forward with locking it in after reviewing logistics. The day of my birthday, the driver arrived on time and was great throughout the 6 hours he was booked. (Three of those hours we were inside eating brunch but he also worked with us to extend our time when we asked if we could drop by one more place before heading back from Baltimore!)
