I usually bypass the indoor option in excitement of waiting on my train. Amtrak is my fav to travel to and from New York City. The trains are on time 95% of the time, clean cabins, smooth ride, spacious bathrooms, comfy canteen, amazing employees, etc. I have also taken the train as far as Hampton, VA and it was a smooth, scenic, and peaceful ride. I am Amtrak's number 1 fan, and I look forward to many many more experiences riding the rails.

It also has a ramp to the platform from the parking lot and an elevator, if you can't do stairs. The north-bound platform is on the side with the parking lot. For the southbound platform, you have to either take stairs or the elevator to a pedestrian bridge across the tracks to the opposite side. Beware that the elevator is slow and not very big, so there will likely be a wait to use it.

There are two kiosks where you can purchase tickets, however one of them was broken when I was there, so there was a line forming. Fortunately, if you have the CharmPass app, you can buy tickets on your phone. There is no in-person kiosk so there is no one you can ask questions to. There is an elevator available as well if you do not want to/can not take the stairs. Amtrak trains do pass by this station, but do not stop here. You can only board the Marc trains at this station.

Tolls were even lifted, so it was also free. Parking on site for game day is around $50. So big savings. The ride in was smooth and after 4-5 stops the arrival is st the stadium. I am deducting 1.5 star due to issues on the return train to my car. The train had issues with the car overfilled and a door not closing. It delayed us around 25 minutes. Of note the parking lot boast car chargers. I also felt completely safe. 3.5 rounding up and recommend.

If you're hyper-sensitive about safety or time, then take an Uber or Lyft or call a buddy to pick you up. Otherwise, the light rail is at the far, far end of the airport and departs every 30 minutes. From BWI to Hunt Valley (end to end), the trip duration is 1 hour 20 minutes. Then (for no additional charge) he returned for a second load of people who didn't make the first trip. We were so impressed with his patience and professionalism. This particular stop is nestled behind a Royal Farms store in Linthicum. Its known as a "kiss and…read moreride" because there is no parking. Someone has to drop you off or pick you up. I'm not a very experienced Light Rail rider. I've only been on it a few times to get into Baltimore city from two different stops - Ferndale and Linthicum. This particular stop seems to be a haven for drug addicts. It's right across the street from the firehouse and I've watched them narcan more than one addict there after they overdose. I'm always being panhandled for money at this stop, too. It's not an area that I am comfortable bring in so I refuse to use this stop anymore.
