We picked Heaven's best due to the high ratings. We bought the house a month ago knowing the carpets needed cleaned due to pet stains left by the previous owner. After paying almost $600 for a cleaning the stains were still there. I put some cleaner on the stains and baking soda on top and the baking soda is pulling the stain out. See photos. Yes it's pretty gross after a cleaning. Then I used my Bissel shampooer in a couple of spot and the water it pulled out was black. I shouldn't have to do this after it was "professionally" cleaned for $600. I will say the young men that came out were very friendly and helpful and that's why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

Our couches are from Ashley Furniture and worth well over $2,000 (which we verified with their store in Layton). The technician's machine broke down in the middle of cleaning the couches, so the couches were left soaking wet with water for days. Later I looked at the couch tags and saw a cleaning code labeled 'S' and researched online. They are to be dry cleaned and can't be cleaned with water, nor can they be saturated. The couches were ripping at the seams and had loose threading all over the place. They are completely ruined, which the owner acknowledged after he came back out and tried to fix the problem. The owner insulted our intelligence and didn't make things right. DO NOT use this company! Read the reviews for other companies on this site and go with a highly-rated company if you want it done right w/o the headache we've suffered.

The staff they sent lacked even the most rudimentary house cleaning skills, they damaged a fixture, and left the house feeling less clean than before they arrived. I contacted the office the following day to report these problems. Owner did not bother to respond to my email detailing the issues. This is how they treat a repeat customer. I hired Blue Brush to come do a move out clean on a 2 bedroom townhome. I had used them several times before and while I usually had to have them come back and do part of the job that wasn't completed they always did so and I was relatively happy. I found out a few weeks after the cleaning job that they had damaged the drawers (veggie and fruit keeper) to the fridge and were working to replace them. I asked to get the drawers back but was told that the cleaner they had used had eaten away at the plastic and they were destroyed. They assured me that they would get replacement drawers and get it taken care of. Without going into full detail, I still don't have drawers for my fridge! The cleaning job was in December of 2020. I have contacted them so many times!! I have offered to buy the drawers and have them reimburse me and gotten no answer. I have worked with at least 4 different employees and each time have to start over with the proof on my part and the explanations. One employee told me they were just going to get a new fridge as they couldn't find the correct size of shelves but that never happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone and my best advice is to find a reputable company that repairs damage if they cause it. PS- I notice that this review shows that I am from San Francisco but I live in Logan Utah and that is where the work was done.

I don't have pets just 21 grand kids and family gatherings with high traffic area and stains. They used corner protectors and helped move a few small items out of the way for me. It was semi dry to the touch already when done and they brought fans. The price was definitely fair$! I highly recommend their carpet services! I will be using them AGAIN.
