I have not been this sore in ages, and I didn't know muscle groups could hurt like this. The workout itself would garner at least 4 stars, but the friendly environment gives this place the 5th. I definitely wished I was in better shape as it was a tough workout and the regulars made it look easy, but I never felt judged as I struggled through. Corissa is my go to instructor but you can't go wrong with any of these amazing people. Bend and Chill is by far my favorite class at Afterglow because it really helps me reflect and meditate after a long day, week, or whatever it may be.
