Corissa is my go to instructor but you can't go wrong with any of these amazing people. Bend and Chill is by far my favorite class at Afterglow because it really helps me reflect and meditate after a long day, week, or whatever it may be. I take a picture of my mindfulness card at every Bend and Chill class to help me continue to grow and focus on healing!

Unfortunately, like all good things, that must come to an end, I have to cancel my membership. I was charged for classes that I did not attend. I did not receive the receipt of the charges made monthly, like I used to. Even, when the Club was aware of my membership cancellation, they charge me for one more month. Fortunately, there are sport venues where you can continue your training and encounter a reliable management. I am sadden that places like this still exist...
