This place is genuinely awesome. People of all shapes and sizes are welcome to a workout that's a balance of pilates, yoga, and ballet. I've been going for a few weeks and can feel myself getting stronger and happier with my body. The instructors are all kind and knowledgeable while offering modifications for what works for you. Much better than a traditional gym and more powerful than any group fitness class I've attended. I highly recommend barre 3 for anyone interested in feeling healthy, positive, and welcomed! Besides all the wonderful comments left by the other reviewers here, I also want to say that the customer service at this studio is not to be beat. I have tried other studios (because I craved variety) only to come back to Barre3 because not only are the classes and the instructors helpful and professional- the ENTIRE front desk staff is such a pleasure to "work" with. I find that there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to get in touch with a business for a question or help- that is never an issue here. Just took a class here while visiting Bellingham, and it was so so great! The instructor, Sophia, led a challenging routine with plenty of opportunities for modification. The women at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. I love barre workouts and barre3 Bellingham didn't disappoint! They gave me my first class for free as a visitor and I feel so guilty not paying them for the excellent class, friendliness and beautiful facility. read more

The hour literally flies by- we are constantly challenged, encouraged and wholesomely supported every day. We all walk out of the studio empowered and nearly euphoric after each class. I absolutely love this place ! After my first class with Theresa I had better posture.in the last two weeks I even sleep better at night and without getting up due to pain ! I've been hunched over for months since a bad car accident in June 2016 and have been in major back pain. After just a few sessions, I feel my back strengthening and my butt and thighs getting tighter! My abs are coming through and my triceps! Jordan is a super awesome instructor as well! Emily was my instructor tonight ! She pushes you but is super sweet and friendly and u def feel that burn in a good way !! They are always doing different promotions as well !! Thanks barre3! I was so intrigued when I noticed the Barre 3 building kitty corner from my real estate agent. (I have very recently moved from Seattle to Bellingham) Within 4 days of moving into my new home I dropped in to see what it was all about. After checking out the studio's and watching a bit of the current class I was back the next day and am now on my 2nd month of membership. I love the fact that I can tailor my daily class to my schedule by simply choosing online. The classes have been amazing. I have had the chance to meet nearly all of the teachers and I must say they all bring their A GAME and inspiration to each and every class. I myself have had a background of many years of Ballet training but I must admit, this workout can be challenging. But the wonderful thing about Barre 3 are the options given constantly throughout the class by the instructors. Options to modify any of the exercises to suit your own body's needs. It can become as gentle or as difficult as you yourself make it. It's so great to see so many people getting stronger and healthier and still having a lot of fun doing it!
