Tried the one month unlimited so I would have a chance to experience a variety of classes and instructors... and it has been a 10/10 !!! The studio is clean and spacious. Every instructor is pleasant and corrects your form if you need it (I did ) and the classes start on time and this particular studio offers early 6am classes for a working mom like me. I used to workout at the gym to exhaustion, thinking I was getting the best exercise. Since taking my first barre3 class, I have found it so difficult to return to "the gym". After immediately making it a habit almost six years ago, I am stronger, more flexible, and I experience less pain. As a former athlete, I thought chronic pain would be my way of life. Although, I am not completely free of discomfort, I do not experience the debilitating agony that was once a monthly occurrence. Don't think you won't be physically challenged - those shakes and quakes are no joke. My favorite barre3 themes are the universal encouragement from all the instructors and the freedom they give to "make it your own" by modifying postures, weights, and props. I have not enjoyed moving my body more since tumbling as a little girl. I highly encourage all shapes, sizes, and ages to give barre3 in San Clemente a try. I can promise you that you will be welcomed with open arms and it'll be nearly impossible to not make barre3 a habit!! read more

I registered for this class via ClassPass, and am really glad I did! When I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Since it was my first time to the studio, she gave me a tour and answered some questions I had. The studio is quite nice and clean, and as I was touring the place, the trainer was cleaning down the mats and studio floor from the previous class...it's nice to know they keep the place hygienic. They provide all the props (including the mat), so all you need to bring is yourself (shoes not necessary). The class itself was great-- a real challenge! I definitely recommend preparing yourself for a lot of tough leg work and soreness the next day (which, personally, I love)! read more

A friend introduced me to this place and after one class I was hooked! Before I took the class I thought it was expensive and now I get it, you get your money's worth and more. My body is ravaged by athletic injuries and surgeries and I felt destined to never feel strong again, until I found Barre3 in San Clemente and all that changed. I can't express enough how rad the instructors are and how cared for you feel amongst this tribe of women! Best thing I have done for myself in a long time! I am absolutely loving Barre3; the studio is clean, fresh and bright and the instructors are outstanding (love Debbie's energy and Lindsey's challenging classes). I previously attended 200+ classes at Pure Barre (Mission Viejo) which I liked, but I feel so much more revitalized after Barre3. It's such a supportive environment. If I could change a few things; A later PM class for weekdays; For those that work out of South OC (which many do), a later PM class would be appreciated... 5:45 is just too early if you have any sort of commute and/or uncooperative traffic. I've talked to a few other girls that attend 5:45 and they agree a later time would be a great option. A late afternoon class on Sunday's; I used to attend lagree Pilates and they offered a 4:00PM class on Sunday's - it was a great way to wrap up the weekend and still attend church on Sunday AM - and the class was always surprisingly packed. read more

The girls are all so nice and I'm pretty impressed with Barre3; it's low impact and lots of modifications are offered. I've gained quite a bit of strength which helps me a lot in other activities. Becoming stronger has made me realize that my 18 month old would benefit from working out as well and I'm bringing her to do gymnastics now read more

Barre 3 is Fantastic! I am a physical therapist and it is an exercise class that I can refer to a large number of my clients because it is safe and effective. The instructors have all been very knowledgeable how to cue, modify and train exercise. I LOVE BARRE3. I have been searching San Clemente high and low for a great workout that happens to offer 1 hour childcare. I adore everything about this studio. The Owners Jessica and Nicki are wonderful. All the instructors are so motivating. They are always there to encourage. Their music is uplifting, makes you want to rock out and workout! The studio is so clean (and they clean the mats instead of handing out wipes at the end of class and have you scrub their mats). It's all these small things that add up to one awesome studio. read more

This is the best barre studio by far! I've done them all and these instructors know how to prevent injuries more than anywhere else. If you're intimidated and just starting out there are modifications for every level, and for injuries too. I used to have lower back issues but after coming here regularly I don't feel it anymore. Thank you for bringing this studio to San Clemente!! I'm loving this place! It's spotless and not to mention -you can catch an awesome sunset while shaping that body. Everyone is so friendly and warm at this location. The instructors always give you options- so Barre3 is perfect for beginners or anyone with an injury. Charmaine is my favorite. Her classes are challenging and her music is catchy and fresh. She always has time for questions or extra help. Nikki & Jessica, the owners, take pride in this studio, and they are great instructors as well.
