I was kept appraised on the status of the vehicle, which needed a very heavy cleaning after dealing with flooding and major wear-and-tear. Throughout the process, I never felt that I was being over-sold a product. He also kept price top of mind on my behalf, since I was doing this as a gift, plus spending a good deal (again, justifiably so.
