Wanted to post a review of Anthony Wohlrab 's outstanding car detailing business, Wohlrab Detailing . If you have been waiting, this is your sign to give him a call: Anthony was incredibly professional throughout the entire process! I was kept appraised on the status of the vehicle, which needed a very heavy cleaning after dealing with flooding and major wear-and-tear. Throughout the process, I never felt that I was being over-sold a product. He also kept price top of mind on my behalf, since I was doing this as a gift, plus spending a good deal (again, justifiably so. The videos he sent me throughout the process had me amazed that one car can hold so much dirt). I trust Anthony and his team for their hard work and dedication to their customer base. His appreciation for those who take advantage of his services were evident. While speaking with him about the car, he not only remembered me from using him years ago (my trunk and a can of WD-40 did not mix. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the smell out, but he did), but also while we were talking, recognized a car driving by and immediately waved and exclaimed how much he loved that particular customer. He treats each individual like family, while offering top-notch service. Each product he used was high-quality, making even the dirtiest of cars come out like they just rolled off the dealer's lot. Impressive, showroom quality work by Wohlrab Detailing. The reviews online are no exaggeration of the quality of work my vehicle received. I opted for a complete package which included clay bar, compound, wax, and a ceramic coating for the exterior. As for the interior, a steam cleaning along with leather care was requested and remarkably delivered. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, I was met with superb customer service with a brief conversation accounting the attention to detail that was observed in previously flawed areas of the vehicle; the proof of effort was evident and prior paint flaws were absent. I recently got my car detailed with them on 01/10/2020 and I couldn't have been more pleased! This was the first time I have ever gotten my car detailed so I was pretty reluctant on dropping so much cash into this. Luckily, the Wohlrab Detailing time was providing customers with a sale that weekend so I thought, "okay this is the time, do it and don't look back!" Well, I did it and I don't look back! The job this team did was spectacular and so detailed (pun intended). The customer service was amazing, and the owner was super informative and made sure I was comfortable with all the services I got..... It was so good that I even added onto just the Interior Detail. As much as I would like to give a good review as we're happy with the end result, and Anthony was very friendly, I can't recommend this business due to the extreme overpricing. The base price was around $300 which is already a bit steep - but it was agreed to. At the end of the night when the car was ready he texted us that the total was over $930, which I've never heard of for a car detail. Throughout the day he kept insulting the car saying how dirty it was and how much time and extra work was going to have to do in order to clean it. But it's not like we have kids that destroyed the car, it was normal use- crumbs from lunch and leaves from outside. The pricing was as follows: 190 for an interior clean & condition An extra 75 to clean the seats (wouldn't that be included in the interior clean?) 45 to steam the inside doors of the car (see note above) $55 to vacuum the sand in the car (there was not much, see initial note) $40 to clean the ceiling He also said he found mold- which we had never seen in the car but either way he charged the following: Mold costs 70 to kill bacteria 90 to also kill the bacteria? 65 for a chemical to kill the mold 40 for cleaning the heaters? 120 for an extra chemical 490+265+120+ 7% = $936 And this was without even touching the exterior of the car Deep clean- more like deep clean of my wallet. Plus the car still strongly reeks of chemicals weeks after the detail was done. Everyone who I've spoken to about this thinks that we were taken for a ride with this company. There were endless positive reviews on Facebook and online that we thought he must have been paying people to give 5 star reviews. The car looked nice at the end of it but definitely was not worth almost a thousand dollars. read more

I recently had my first appointment with Wohlrab Detailing and I am blown away by the service and care I received from Anthony and his team. I made an appointment for my car to be detailed with Anthony after I saw some white mold growth in my rear carpets due to what I believed was a small spill in my car. Upon arriving at his shop, Anthony revealed what I thought was a small spill was actually flood damage due to Hurricane Ida from 3 weeks prior and was sprouting mold on and under the carpets in my car. Obviously I was shocked by this discovery as I had been driving the car for 3 weeks with no issues. Anthony sprang into action and explained to me exactly what needed to happened. He explained exactly how he would clean my car, walking me through the price of everything, the importance of each step and how to report to my insurance. Anthony even jumped on to the phone with my insurance adjuster for almost 40 minutes to explain exactly what was happening in the car, and helping me to search for a rental car. After picking up my car today, I am so happy to see how clean and fresh my carpets are after Anthony's teams' work. Anthony not only took extreme care to ensure my car was cleaned and free from mold and water, but also made sure that I was informed and understood every step that he was taking to restore my vehicle. I brought in my used Forrester that I purchased stained and of course I added my own mess (it was bad). I picked it up the same day and it looked and smelled brand NEW, I was highly pleased and impressed. He even cleared the fog on my headlights which was great, I didn't think anything could be done without dropping $$ for new ones. I love driving my new looking Forrester. Heard wonderful things about this place so decided to try. When we picked up the car, it was soaked inside and we mentioned this. They said it's ok, it'll dry. For 3 days we couldn't use it. I recently acquired a 2012 Corolla for my daughter. Light beige cloth interior. Previous owners had dogs. Based on recommendations, I took it to Anthony Wohlrab at Wohlrab Detailing in Garwood to clean the stained interior carpet and seats. Holy cow! It took a lot of work -- double shampooing, for example -- but it looks brand-new. And I'm talking as somebody who used to be the car washer for a car rental agency, who sometimes had to do some minor interior detailing... this was well beyond anything I know how to do (or have the tools and chemicals to do). Wohlrab has to be the best detail service in town. My car is spotless and trust me when i say it was disgusting. I received my fathers car after he could no longer drive it. It wasn't washed in years and was covered in dirt, grime and dog hair. After i got it back it was spotless. I couldn't be happier. Be careful of purchasing a Groupon. They did a very good job cleaning the car - spick and span! The car came out shining like a new one after the auto detailing - like a car deep cleansing. Unfortunately while cleaning the car, my car seat torn off but Anthony himself took the car to mechanic to get the seat repaired and made sure we are satisfied with the service. Anthony and his team are the best in the business. They took my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee and made it look brand new. I have a 135 pound bull mastiff dog that has Destroy the backseat of my car... I used Wohlrab from word of mouth, my vehicle is almost 9 years old, it's taken a beating from my kid getting in and out, and being the primary vehicle for him. I went with the Platinum package, which does everything, I added a couple of extras ( Clay bar treatment and headlight restoration ), it was worth it for the few dollars more. There prices are very competitive to other detailers around. When I booked my appt, it was going to rain that day, so I was only charged $170, with the extras that I mentioned, it was $250, total homerun for the job they did on my vehicle. I was a little sad because I booked the vip truck package for my husband as a Christmas gift. It's not a fancy car by any means but I wanted to give my husband something special because he never buys anything for himself. I was greeted by the store owner and he said it would need to be upwards of $240+ which is almost double what the package would cost and that's only for the inside. He said he would not risk doing a bad job and me putting it online so instead he did not want to do it at all for that amount. The final insult was when he said he wasn't going to break his machine on my car. That being said, it does look like the majority of good customers are highly satisfied but for those of us with a lower budget and less fancy car- it may be better to get other quotes as well. read more

Excellent service . Anthony is a hard working owner . He never disappoints and makes the process easy. I brought my brand new 2 month old vehicle in for a full exterior detail , especially wanting an exterior wax for the upcoming winter season . When the vehicle was washed there apparently was a fine scratch already on the driver side along the door and I mentioned it to Anthony. He told me he would throughly wash the vehicle and see if he could compound it out but would call and clear everything first. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else to be detailed.
