When I get there, I automatically assume there's a nail in my tire and ask them to plug it. The gentleman checked the tire and told me I didn't have a nail and if I was still having problems- to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back the next day because it sounded like something was in my tire. When I got there, another guy took my car, drove it around the block and then put my car on the lift. It was determined that I had a dent in my rim so they said they would check for rims and call me back. The kicker is - when they put my car on the lift and spun the wheels, whatever was in the tires fell out (not actually in the tire but somewhere in between). I no longer heard a noise- so I told the guy and asked him how much - he was super humble and said I didn't owe him anything because they didn't repair anything. My dealer !!!?? Wanted $250 just to LOOK at it. Because of that one noble gesture - they found a new client in me! They tell you what you need to- don't try to rip you off or overcharge you - this is an honest establishment/ I would definitely recommend!

For example, I have a dash cam installed in my front windshield. He took the time to tuck in the wiring within the crevices of the car, so it didn't show. (The wire kept getting lose and blocked my view. The difference in the interior color was shocking and I thought I was clean until this detail. I paid for the wash and moved into the carwash track and place the vehicle in neutral. The vehicle moved through the machine and I pulled up to the other end and when my side mirrors were even with the door I placed the vehicle in drive and two workers began towel drying the vehicle for maybe 30 seconds. They told me I was done and they moved onto the next vehicle that was behind me. The vehicle was still wet and when I got home I towed dried the vehicle myself and used window cleaner to clean the windows. I will never use this carwash again.
