Miracle Toyota has been my go-to service center since I bought a lightly-used, 2021 Avalon in 2025…read more I did not purchase the car from this dealer, but I have always taken it there for service. Jurgen Mauras has been my service advisor since the first appointment, and he always does well to help me navigate service requirements and due dates. I'm lucky that nothing major has gone wrong with my Avalon so far, but Mr. Mauras has consistently kept me abreast of service advisory bulletins, recalls, or recommendations specific to my car. I obsessively research common problems, and Mr. Mauras has been very helpful in pointing out when I'm worried over nothing (or when it's worth a closer look). Moreover, he's always got a smile on his face when I walk in. "Service with a smile" is truly something he excels at! Service prices are always a pain point, but the guaranteed use of OEM equipment and fluids is nice security in light of the expense. I will disclaim that I've only ever had fluid changes and flushes, alignments and balances, and tire rotations at this service center. Thus, I can't speak to any major service or parts replacements. To date, I have never had an overtly negative experience at this service center.

They just showed me a video of my tire and then telling me my brakes need to be changed. I went and took off the tire and had some other mechanics look at it. I still got 20,000+ miles left on my brakes. I hope the service personnel is getting commission for stuff like this. Screwing people for the fun of it would just be next level wrong. To recap, get a second opinion before spending out $600.
