Miracle Toyota has been my go-to service center since I bought a lightly-used, 2021 Avalon in 2025…read more I did not purchase the car from this dealer, but I have always taken it there for service. Jurgen Mauras has been my service advisor since the first appointment, and he always does well to help me navigate service requirements and due dates. I'm lucky that nothing major has gone wrong with my Avalon so far, but Mr. Mauras has consistently kept me abreast of service advisory bulletins, recalls, or recommendations specific to my car. I obsessively research common problems, and Mr. Mauras has been very helpful in pointing out when I'm worried over nothing (or when it's worth a closer look). Moreover, he's always got a smile on his face when I walk in. "Service with a smile" is truly something he excels at! Service prices are always a pain point, but the guaranteed use of OEM equipment and fluids is nice security in light of the expense. I will disclaim that I've only ever had fluid changes and flushes, alignments and balances, and tire rotations at this service center. Thus, I can't speak to any major service or parts replacements. To date, I have never had an overtly negative experience at this service center.

They just showed me a video of my tire and then telling me my brakes need to be changed. I went and took off the tire and had some other mechanics look at it. I still got 20,000+ miles left on my brakes. I hope the service personnel is getting commission for stuff like this. Screwing people for the fun of it would just be next level wrong. To recap, get a second opinion before spending out $600.

WOULD NOT recommend using this dealership. My husband and I have had an awful experience here. Our…read more2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Diesel was taken to them for repair, via our warranty company due to a CP4 failure, resulting in us needing a full fuel system replacement. Our truck was previously supposed to be taken care of by another mobile repair company, that ended up not completing the job, leaving the fuel system partially taken apart. The dealership took on the case, knowing this, in agreeance with our warranty company that they would be paid for the repairs. One of the biggest problems is the complete LACK of communication from this dealership. We knew it might take some time to complete, as they stated that they only have one diesel mechanic at this location. The problem is that hardly any communication happened between the time the truck was in their possession, to the time we picked it up, that didn't have to be initiated by US! As the consumer, it's the DEALERSHIP's responsibility to reach out to us to resolve problems, give updates, etc. Not ours. The dealership & the warranty company came to the final price decision on the initial reason it was brought to them. We were told what we would need to pay. The work began. Months later, after many calls and inquiries BY US... the warranty company let us know they paid the dealership. & then TEN DAYS LATER, the dealership finally calls us to let us know the truck is ready for us to pickup. At a MUCH higher price than agreed upon might I add - a $4,000 difference that the dealership ended up removing as that price was not what we were told. We come to pick up the truck, and upon arrival, we notice the front bumper of the truck (which is made of steel), is damaged. It was not like that the day it arrived at the dealership, because we have pictures with timestamps/dates that show how the truck arrived. We spoke with Don & Mike Jones about this, the men who have been handling this case along the way. They agree that the truck was damaged in their possession and that they would take care of it. We were advised to get an estimate for the repairs to submit to them (because we live in South Carolina & they are in Georgia). We get the estimate from a shop here in SC on 2/2/25. We submit the estimate via email on 2/3/25, as well as us TEXTING Mike to make sure he knows we submitted the estimate via email. Since then, it has been radio silence. We have tried calling to get updates, and plan the next steps for them to repair the truck as THEY are the ones who damaged it. And have heard NOTHING. If you want things done in a timely matter, DO NOT GO HERE. If you want honest, straightforward customer service, DO NOT GO HERE. It is unacceptable as a consumer who has paid you THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs, only to now be given the run around due to the poor and careless treatment of our vehicle. We will be filing with the BBB. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!

The catch is after you pay off your lease you can trade up for another one or buy out the lease price which would cost you anywhere from $4,500 -6,500. The average miles on these cars range from the high 50's to the low 70's. They have been inspected but still get a Car Fax anyway cause they will not give you one. And for someone who has had more lemons than diamonds in my life, I typically do not enjoy the experience. Last year I once again came to this point of decision, costly repair or start over. It was time to start over. I owned a Kia many years ago and that car lasted for quite a number of years. The only reason we sold it was because we were wanting something with more space. This time, I needed the same (three furry family members in tow on trips). What I found here was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. 2019 Niro (smaller SUV), hybrid, minimal miles (dealer used vehicle). I came, I talked, I drank nasty coffee, and I left driving home a Kia. Since then I have had to have the radio console replaced (no charge-was already an issue at time of purchase) and two oil changes and both were a smooth process. This dealership is why I will always consider Kia when buying a vehicle. I suggest you do the same.

I have not been able to get them to give me a price on the car I wanted. They have not had that trim model in stock until recently. Today my husband and went there to drive that car and potentially buy it. When I told the salesman that, he quickly told me that 'we have a lot of people flying in to buy Tellurides so our policy is that we don't let people test drive them." I could hardly believe my ears. He defended that by saying that these people who flew in didn't like to see miles on the cars. When I responded that I didn't like to buy $50,000 cars without driving them he said, "well, we have $12,500 markup over MSRP on the Telluride. if you sign a paper saying you will agree to the $12,500 mark up, you can drive the car. " I know Tellurides are very popular and hard to get right now and I knew there would be no discount and maybe a little increase over MSRP but this is price gouging in a big way! I will be contacting Kia USA about this dealership. I will NEVER do business with this dealership! Natalie McLeod
