So this time I called for appt for 10K oil change, tire rotation which are Free. 10:45am, got there a bit early, waited a couple minutes, greeted by service writer, told him what I was there for. Now he starts writing: $99 crankcase flush, $39 fuel additive, $60 cabin and engine air filters and $23 oil additive (which he told me "Toyota says engine will last over 300K if used at every oil change". ) Plus... alignment and balance $89, then since the car is 25 months old....brake fluid and coolant change... wait.. what? NO, just swap tires and change the oil. This took Over 90 Minutes! So I called Corporate (which has moved from CA to TX) and guess what? The brake & coolant change only if vehicle had severe use or was towing.... the rest was BS designed to take advantage of those who know very little about their new car but if you can turn a free oil change into a $300 service, your bonus gets better I guess. I will replace the cabin filter for $5. I went with the oil add because I wasn't sure with 0w16 however that was also a scam and I doubt they actually added it because he would not bring the empty can. Sadly both dealerships in the Augusta area are below par. I still have 2 oil changes left on the plan....so it will the lesser of 2 evils @20K.

They then told us we had to take the bill of sale to the DMV to get this sorted only to find out that the bill of sale is filled out backwards. (Basically saying we bought our old car and traded in the new one). The finance department makes promises they do not keep ie: Mailing the check to our bank for the trade in payoff. Also, very difficult to get in contact with anyone regarding our issues. 0/10 recommend. This has been going on for 2 months now with no end in sight. Never EVER had this much issues with bying a car.

I negotiated an OTD (out the door) price, which should include any & all fees. Several times I was told that I would only have to pay the title & registration fee at my local tag office...never any mention of the taxes. Imagine my surprise when I went to register my dealer purchased vehicle and the taxes were not paid. I would certainly not recommend anyone doing business here.

On the day of I received no calls, emails or texts and they did not come to pick up my car nor did they reach out for cancellation or rescheduling. I attempted to call twice around the fifteen minute late and hour late marks and was not able to contact anyone as their AI was not set for prompts with missed appointments. Look elsewhere, especially if your car is in good condition and only has a minor problem you're not willing to fix.

Still hadn't heard anything by 1:30 & called again, being assured that they were with another seller and were still coming. 4:30 comes and called back to still getting the run around and being told there was no manager or supervisor to talk to. Vehicle never picked up. Wasted our time and lied to us for 2 days straight. This company is a scam. Do not do business with them.
