Then, I was calling him on his 3 company's number almost everyday sometimes 2 or 3x a day. I know his voice, his tone of voice and accent. When I called him this morning with his personal number, he denied it that he was Richard Taylor. He said his name is Chris. he was lying because I know his tone of voice and accent. There was a witnessed while I was talking to him this morning. He heard him too. I was wondering before that he is black a person. But I don't really care what race he is. I am Asian and I just want my money back he charged from me without my permission. I just assumed he was white because his picture in YELP, he is white. Why lied about your race? I don't care about race. Is this really your picture? He said, my conversation this morning was recorded. That's good, because I have proofs of all our phone communications. I hope he recorded all my conversations with him because they are all noted. All I need help is cheaper service that I can afford and he said he has more than 20 years experience. I paid her $400 to file an absentee divorce case. She outsourced because because she had no clue how to do it and only paid the paralegal $100 out of the $400 I paid to Cricket. Well more paperwork was needed which Cricket refused to do by ignoring all phone messages and texts to correct this matter. Finally I went back to the paralegal who did prepare my documents, yes I has to pay her more because of Crickets failure to pay her enough to complete the paperwork properly. Still one month later ZERO response to messages and texts about a refund of my difference that she did NOTHING for!! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK!!!

Was un-recordable at the Clerk of Courts Office!! Paralegal Temps first gave me a New York Deed Form by mistake. I needed Florida!! The second and third Deeds had S.S. no's on the Deed and wrong and missing information!! That can not be put into the Clerk of Courts Office. I also went to the Title office that had closed on our home originally. I showed the Title office the 3 deeds that Paralegal Temps had provided me. (Original deed had to be redone 2 more times). The title company stated to me that the Deeds Paralegal Temps had provided me with were the worst Deeds (Forms) that they had seen in 32 years of working at the Title office. If you do have a verified problem and contact Paralegal Temps. Like the 3 non-recordable Deeds that I had paid for upfront. If you ask for your money back. WOW!! Now you have got a real problem because, Ms. McMillian will verbally fight you so hard!! So that she does not have to pay you back. She even stated, she did not have the money to pay me back and that she was broke! She said that her booth in the Vero Beach Antique Mall was cleaned out and closed. This is where I first met Ms. McMillian. It took weeks of calling and telling her that I would call the Bar Association and report her. That she finally sent me a check. When I first met Ms. McMillin she told me that she was a legal professional, and was highly qualified to do Paralegal work and had a lot of professional Legal experience. In my opinion and other professionals that I showed the Deeds to. Paralegal Temps is not the company to use for any legal document, etc. If anyone had done business with these people in the past or present. I truly recommend you get a true professional to verify that your document(s) are legal and sound. If not, later on down the road when these document need to be used. You could find yourself with document(s) that are no good at all!!! What do you do then????? If you do find you have received forms or document(s) that are incorrect from Paralegal Temps. I had a recording of the woman who supposedly felt threatened, saying that she didn't feel threatened at all or intimidated or anything. I hired Nathan Maloon to represent me under the condition that he brought a video which contained that evidence from the phone call. He did not bring that video or use it in the case which led to me spending 15,000 more dollars so because he did not adequately defend me using direct evidence against the witness now I had to spend 15,000 more dollars. It seems that this may have been intentional seeing as how I literally hired him on the contingency that he brought this video to trial and then he did not. They did not give me a break on price. They overcharge the shit out of me about $400 for an hour worth of work did not give me adequate representation and when I brought this up to the owner of the law firm, he attacked me and still didn't give me any kind of a break on the price despite not getting what I paid for at all! They have overcharged me time and time again they Tresspass has cost me over $22,000. That is insane! These people do not care about you. They care about stealing your money and that is all they care about! Even the receptionist have told me she sees the corruption there!
