I specifically asked Amy to focus on my left shoulder and upper body. She got scared when I whinced as she moved my arm at one point. I expected a professional to understand and know what to do about loosening up the ligaments and tendons that would cause the tightness. Instead she wasted time on other areas and avoided the my shoulder all together. I workout quite a bit and I am used to having sore areas that need additional blood flow so having a good massage usually alleviates the tightness and soreness. After I questioned why she avoided my shoulder area she told I had to go see a doctor. She told me she had fifteen years experience but she clearly lacks confidence in her abilities with anything other than a spa massage.

Their website offers relief from chronic pain. I decided to give it a try. I believe my first few visits were instrumental in giving me relief from migraines after suffering with them for years. I took a break for a few years and went back two years ago due to lower back, hip and leg discomfort following a foot and ankle surgery and knee replacement surgery. It didn't take long for the discomfort to dissipate, which ultimately lead to an overall better quality of life and a massage that relaxes as well. It's much easier to relax when pain is gone. Both therapists are SO knowledgeable and explain what they are doing, the muscles being affected and exercises I can do at home to continue to make things even better. There is no pressure to come back every week or even every month though I try to get back as often as time allows. I feel SO good every time I walk out of there. I don't intend to take another break any time soon.
