What is a (welcome) surprise is that an independent shop like this would have such a professional presence, with a posh waiting and reception area that clearly has benefited from a designer's touch. Staff are friendly, informative, and professional, and it's clear the business-side of things is well managed. Very straightforward to walk in, review options for every budget and taste, and also refreshing awareness of the "scene" and the politics of tint enforcement. Great counsel in the right, no-hassle-from-the-man option for me. All fine and well, but what about the shop? Adrian's work area is immaculate, as proper shops usually are, with tools and materials readily available for the master's hand. The shop adjoins the waiting area, so you never feel isolated from your vehicle by a fluorescent labyrinth of dealership hallways, and you can hear the work proceeding efficiently. End result is expertly applied tint, and a quality product that won't peel, crack, or fade; one gets the sense that if it did, Adrian would take it personally and make it right.
